Excellent location. Very close to Casa Port train train station. Room very clean and the staff was very helpful.

First time in Casablanca. Chose Ibis as it was a reliable chain. The location was superb- located right next to the train station. The staff were helpful. However, if you want to use the hotel, note that the hotel doesn’t have a fridge or a safety box inside the room. Also the toilets had a bad smell when I first opened the door.

Grand mosque is near by. Take a train for 5 MAD from the airport, 40 mins , and this hotel Is across the train 🚊 station Casa Port.

Good location, only 3 minutes from Gare de Casa Port. Clean and tidy room.

Very normal hotel, missing so many facilities such in the room, the quality of bed's sheet and pillows just so so, staff in the reception give no information about the stay, I paid for breakfast I got no feedback about it so I didn't have breakfast. I paid extra 27 dh for tax as they said. When I checked in the agent said 14 dh then when I wanna check out other staff said 27 dh, without any receipt or any prove, I don't wanna argue because I was in hurry for my train. Staff wearing no name tag, no uniform in the reception and the way they deal with the guests very ignoring and informel way. Anyway, this hotel should not be ibis hotel with international brand like accor, is like very local hotel on old Medina . I'll forward a message to Accor headquarters to deal with this hotel situation because is rediculous and doesn't deserve to have this brand. ارتقوا بالمستوى شوية راه حتى الاوطيلات غير مصنفة مابقاش كادير هاد التعامل .

Just ibis, good for sleep

The whole hotel smelled of perfume, but the hygiene was OK. The service was also good. There was almost no meat in the breakfast, not even ham or bacon. There were no toothbrushes, slippers, or even towels or mineral water in the room. The sheets and bath towels were old, and the bathroom smelled old and slightly musty.

Close to the train station. The service attitude is not very good. I went to check in at 1 o'clock and had to wait until 2 o'clock. I wanted to store my luggage temporarily to have lunch, but they didn't let me put it there, so I had to take care of it myself. There is actually a luggage room next to it. Two people were at the front desk, and only one person checked in. Slow efficiency and smelly face. The water in the room smelled, there were no towels but only bath towels, no toothbrushes and no water.

Impeccable quality/price ratio for this Ibis hotel which is located right next to the Novotel and the Sofitel and not far from the Medina of Casablanca. Also 30 meters away is the Casa Port train station. In the surrounding area, you have many famous restaurants such as La Taverne du Dauphin or Casa José. The area is well secured since there is also a police station nearby.
