Marina 10 Boutique&Design Hotel

La permanenza presso l’hotel la Marina 10 nel complesso è stata soddisfacente con un rapporto qualità prezzo corretto per il periodo. A favore va sottolineata la cortesia e la disponibilità di tutto il personale che “ti prende in cura” e lo fa con professionalità, altro punto a favore è la posizione centralissima (venuti a piedi ed è tutto a pochi metri). Con un po’ di cura per piccole cose (….quei bicchieri azzurri a colazione vanno cambiati…) le quattro stelle sarebbero state 5

Siamo appena rientrati dopo aver soggiornato all’Hotel Marina 10 per quattro giorni. Che dire.....una piacevole scoperta!!! Ottima accoglienza, splendida atmosfera, ambiente pulito e attenzione ai dettagli e alla cura del cliente. La camera era pulita, arredata con gusto, il letto era comodissimo ed il bagno con tutti i comfort. La colazione è quello che ti aspetti in un hotel: dolce e salato, varia e gustosa, prodotti freschi e soprattutto di gran qualità, con torte e sfogliatelle squisite…. Un vero piacere la sveglia al mattino con l’idea della colazione all’Hotel Marina 10. Lo staff, dal nostro arrivo alla nostra partenza è stato attento ad ogni richiesta, è stato utile per ogni consiglio e abbiamo respirato da subito una cortesia ed un’ospitalità non forzata ma autentica: ci hanno conquistati. La posizione è ottima, nel pieno dentro del paese, a pochi passi dal mare e ad un attimo da tutti i servizi. E' sicuramente un hotel che consiglio volentieri ai viaggiatori di TripAdvisor e dove torneremo sicuramente con piacere.

To save absolutely the availability and kindness of the staff, especially Pasquale who allowed us to move the date of the trip from August to September, given the impossibility for us to leave on the scheduled days, but for the rest unfortunately the structure has greatly disappointed our expectations: very small room with visibly worn furnishings and even smaller and hallucinating inconvenience the bathroom, with sanitary ware so close as to almost prevent its use, not to mention the shower door it opened outwards, further reducing the possibility of moving easily; another unforgivable flaw for us was the lack of mosquito nets and the evident lack of disinfestation, given the area practically attacked by mosquitoes, so much so that it was impossible for us to open the balcony during our 3-day stay except to change the air and use the small terrace between the other not at all equipped with privacy since on one side anyone passing by (our room was right on the ground floor near the entrance) had the opportunity to look at us in the room; the breakfast I must say very abundant and varied and of fair quality but another flaw was the possibility of using the bar only in the morning hours and the absence of a recreational area (or at least we were not given any information about it) to be able to spend a few hours given the rain nor the swimming pool, very small and isolated, made you want to spend a few hours relaxing. As for the cleanliness, on our arrival the room seemed clean enough but the bathroom did not seem to be cleaned properly during the days of our stay. With regret I must therefore say that I would not go back for a second holiday, despite the very central location and despite, I repeat, the staff was very friendly, kind and affable. Sin

Ho soggiornato presso l'hotel per 8 notti e tutto è perfetto dal giorno dell'arrivo a quello della partenza. La stanza era bella e ben strutturata. Ho usufruito del pernottamento con prima colazione: la colazione era di ottima qualità, varia sia dolce che salata direi perfetta. L'ospitalità è stata massima: ho ricevuto la camera appena arrivato anche se ero arrivato prima dell'orario stabilito e il giorno della partenza ho beneficiato della camera oltre le ore 10: veramente ospitali e professionali i responsabili dell'hotel. Poi l'hotel si trova in un punto strategico nella piazzetta principale di Casamicciola dove passano tutti gli autobus . Pur trovandosi in zona centrale la struttura è molto silenziosa e nessun rumore si sente: ideale per il riposo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Pulizia, cura dei dettagli, comodità, professionalità ed educazione. Vicinanza ad autobus , bar, spiaggia, molo per aliscafo e ristoranti. Posizione strategica. Albergo consigliato. Colazione varia e buona.

Booked family room and at the time of booking I asked if what was seen in the online photos corresponded to what I had booked, I was given positive confirmation. Upon arrival we found ourselves in a room with a low ceiling, maybe just 2.40, a mini balcony, all very claustrophobic. Low bathroom and if you opened the taps water flowed to the floor, shower with lukewarm water. To my complaints I was told that this is what the structure offers for a basic quadruple room, €320 for 2 days at the beginning of the season plus tourist tax.. I wonder on the basis of what criteria should I be treated worse because I travel with my family and the what are the standard heights of a room? inter alia, the part reserved for the sofa bed corresponds to a dark, airless entrance. There were empty rooms and the staff could have corrected and made a better stay. We checked out a day early. If you don't have a decent room for 4, we don't offer it. The staff was keen to point out that in August the same room is sold for €350...I was appalled because I find it unlikely and because they should have just apologized for the inconvenience.

Chiedo una quotazione per 4 camere via mail. Mi viene spedita il 30/8 mattina con celerità. Mi viene scritto testualmente: "Validità offerta: Il presente preventivo non ha valore di opzione camere. La tariffa viene garantita come offerta fino al 30.08.2021 alle ore 18.00.". Entro l'ora stabilità accetto e chiamo per fornire riferimenti carta per preautorizzazione. Mi viene risposto che una delle camere non è disponibile e che è possibile avere una sistemazione superior. Essendo la tariffa garantita fino alle 18 e avendo io risposto ben prima dello scadere accettando, mi aspetto che, non dipendendo dalla mia volontà, mi venga garantita la tariffa nonostante l'upgrading. La receptionist mi risponde che non è possibile. Mi oppongo e chiedo di parlare con un responsabile. Premetto che era per principio (la differenza era di circa 70 € in più per due notti). Ricevo telefonata dal proprietario che prima dice che sono stato maleducato con la dipendente e che lei ha scritto gli improperi che le avrei indirizzato (mi guardo bene di inveire soprattutto con chi lavora), poi mi dice che le stanze non sono disponibili smentendo quanto detto dalla receptionist. Infine mi scrive una mail nella quale mi scrive di non avere stanze a disposizione. Questa è l'accoglienza dell'Hotel? Questo è il rispetto delle regole? Credo che tale comportamento non favorisca il turismo in un'isola meravigliosa come Ischia, famosa per l'ospitalità. NB ho cercato di contattare l'agenzia autonoma di soggiorno e turismo per segnalare la cosa e il mancato rispetto delle regole contrattuali (peraltro scritte dalla struttura) ma ho provato 6 numeri diversi ma nessuna voce dall'altra parte. Ma questo è un problema che riguarda Ischia

Scandaloso, vergognoso, hotel da 2 stelle, struttura vecchia, letto traballante, zona piscina squallida, personale antipatico e non disponibile in nulla.. colazione minima e servita al tavolo per risparmiare… cmq se cercate un 4 stelle, cercate altrove..
