This was truly a beautiful place. The view from our room was amazing and front desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The breakfast was also lovely, and a wide variety of food. There are many stairs to get down to the water, but a lift is available. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely go back.

The highlight of this property is the sea pool and deck area that you have available to hotel guests only. It was perfect and we swam there everyday. The rooms were simple and the location on the cliff was great. Local bus stop was across the street from the property making it easy to get around.

Abbiamo trascorso un week end con altra coppia di amici e abbiamo apprezzato la struttura che ci ha ospitato. Camere con vista mare mozzafiato, colazione molto varia e cena squisita e particolare mensione al personale, dal Metre ai camerieri e al personale della reception, tutti molto gentili e cortesi. Hotel bellissimo a picco sul mare. Nulla da eccepire: dagli spazi comuni alla SPA, alle infrastrutture esterne passando per la cura dei giardini e della hall. Mi hanno offerto un upgrade della camera (fronte mare, semplicemente spettacolare) gratuitamente senza nemmeno che lo chiedessi, nonostante sia una struttura relativamente piccola (21 camere) ed avessero comunque arrivi di continuo. Personale estremamente gentile, dalla reception alla cucina, passando per il beach bar fino alle signore che si occupano del riassetto giornaliero. Unica nota veramente, ma veramente negativa: me ne sono dovuto andare dopo tre giorni.... :D Quando tornerò ad Ischia, non avrò alcun dubbio su dove soggiornare. Complimenti a tutto lo staff...

Hotel La Madonnina is an absolutely amazing, beautiful hotel in Ischia. This was my fourth visit to Ischia, and my first stay at the Hotel La Madonnina. I cannot wait to return! From the moment I entered this beautiful hotel, I was warmly greeted by Benedetta and Rosa Maria, who made me feel so welcome. Their customer service was outstanding, and although I arrived early, my room was ready. I was overwhelmed with joy when seeing my room-it was gorgeous, with a beautiful view of the sea. I immediately went to their beautiful beach, and spent the entire afternoon jumping in the gorgeous water. The lunch at their beach club was delicious-both days I was served by Gaspare and Onofrio, and their service was outstanding. The property’s location is magnificent, and one can totally relax and unwind with their beautiful location on the water. I also enjoyed their incredible breakfast, which was absolutely delicious. I cannot say enough about the outstanding service at this beautiful hotel-it is truly a gem in Casamicciola Terme. At the time of my departure, I was so touched by Benedetta and Rosa Maria, who were so genuinely warm and caring for their guests. They truly made me feel so at home, and I am so grateful to them, and the entire staff at the beautiful Hotel La Madonnina.

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Madonnina. Benedetta was extremely helpful and friendly, she went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as it was. The views from our room- which we were kindly upgraded to- free of charge, where breathtaking and I would reccomend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful Ischia. A massive thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

La scelta di questo albergo è stata del tutto improvvisa e casuale. Volevamo festeggiare il nostro trentatreesimo anniversario di matrimonio e non potevamo scegliere di meglio. Siamo stati benissimo. Accolti con professionalità, cortesia e gentilezza ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. La struttura è stupenda, molto curata con un panorama da togliere il fiato. Lo staff preparatissimo e sempre pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità o desiderio. Le colazioni sono appaganti con torte e viennoiserie freschi di giornata. Si percepisce il lavoro, la cura e l’attenzione. Grazie per aver impreziosito questo momento per noi importante. Ci vediamo il prossimo anno.
