Personale molto cortese, disponibile e super professionale. Ottimo il servizio benessere e posizione bellissima della struttura sul mare, anche strategica per raggiungere gli altri punti dell'isola.

È poco meno di una bettola di campagna. Pulizia meno che approssimativa, biancheria sporca. Colazione misera e di bassa qualità. Si salvano per la posizione e per la bravissima massaggiatrice. Pessimo

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were amazing, the decor was beautiful, very moorish, we had a great room, (224), which had a beautiful pool and sea view. Breakfasts were eaten at the pool area overlooking the sea which was lovely. It was traditional Italian breakfast, cakes, delicious coffee, but also cheese, cold meats, bread and very nice scrambled eggs. Everyone works so hard to make your stay enjoyable and can't do enough for you. The Hotel manager, I presume, was extremely helpful in assisting us with our ferry booking, he even wrote down the name of the ferry for us and asked the driver to drop us at the ticket office. Our room was cleaned and towels changed every day. My only quirk, air conditioning wasn't great at all but I would highly recommend this Hotel.

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo hotel, ma di 4 stelle non ne ha nemmeno una. La struttura appare bella in foto, ma dal vivo è assolutamente così. Quello che ci ha delusi di più è stata la poca disponibilità del personale. La domenica mattina al momento di fare colazione arriva un temporale. Peccato che la colazione era allestita in un posto dove, per arrivarci, avremmo dovuto attraversare una stradina sotto il forte temporale. Abbiamo dovuto scegliere tra fare colazione o farci un bagno sotto la pioggia. Di ombrelli nemmeno l’ombra. Per nulla a favore del cliente. Alla mia richiesta di avere la colazione in camera mi è stato risposto di no, NON abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione per una errata logistica dell’hotel, ma l’abbiamo pagata lo stesso. ASSURDO! La scortesia e la poca disponibilità sono contro tutto quello che dovrebbe essere un hotel. Non torneremo. Sconsigliato.

Vacanza da dimenticare Hotel 4 stelle non so come fa a stare ancora aperto dovrebbero andare i nas a fare un controllo e chiuderlo. Stanza piccolissima in 3 eravamo uno sull'altro, bagno che te lo dico a fare non ci sono parole. Dalle foto sembrava tutto un'altra cosa Proprio pessimo è il peggior hotel dove ho soggiornato.

Scettica...si sono rimasta delusa. Non capisco come siano state attribuite le stelle. Le stanze piccolissime, senza privacy. La colazione mista , ma sinceramente di scarsa qualità. Il tutto non da 4 stelle. Inviterei a rivederle.. 270 euro una matrimoniale, pretendo un servizio migliore. Ischia bellissima

Vedendo le foto ti fai fregare…..piscina e panorama davvero belli ma poi la tragedia…..camere brutte vecchie e sporche,materassi e cuscini da dimenticare,in bagno solo bustine di pessima qualità come bagnoschiuma ma la vera tragedia è la proprietà…..arroganti maleducati e se possibile anche antipatici…..preoccupati solo di farsi pagare il saldo della camera appena messo piede in albergo…..mai neanche lontanamente disponibili alle necessità dei clienti,a dimenticavo,frigo bar vuoto completamente xché a loro dire così uno lo riempie con quello che vuole… Mai più !!!!!!!

Camere sporche doccia piena di capelli bottiglia d'acqua usata non rimossa in frigo allucinante. ColaIone da far pena. L'unico aspetto positivo l'uomo del bar disponibile e preparava un buon aperitivo. Distante dal centro. Pochi posti auto.
