The hotel's environment and services are very good, very quiet and beautiful. I just felt that the location was a little bit out of the way, so I changed to a hotel. But after changing hotels, I felt that Sheraton's service and rooms were better in comparison. I will book this hotel next time I come here. It’s cost-effective and the service is good.

Very disappointed with this Sheraton! Dinner buffet 40 euro is terrible! Quality of tower and bathrobe very bed! The extra bed is very low and uncomfortable! The staff did 2 times wrong changes in my bathroom ( i had no conditioner and they give me 2 times shampoo instead) terrible wifi signal in the room! First and last time at this Sheraton!

Wenn der Kunde ein problem hat, sollte er anscheinend nicht erwarten, dass es gelöst wird. Auf Booking com Buchungsbeleg war zur Information zur zusätzlichen separaten Buchung im Hotel für das Frühstück 20 Euro je Person angegeben. Im Hotel erwartete man dann aber 24/28 Euro. Alleine dieses Problem anzusprechen, reichte schon aus, unfreundlich, unhöflich und unprofessionell abgeblockt zu werden. Das kann doch nicht sein? Sinn und Zweck von Kundenservice sollte doch sein, den Kunden zu halten - und nicht dafür zu sorgen, Kunden, die eigentlich (bisher!) gerne das Hotel besucht haben, dazu zu bewegen zukünftig nur noch woanders zu buchen (wo wahrscheinlich Probleme deutlich besser gelöst werden). Würde man freundlich behandelt werden, wäre das Problem vergessen und hätte einen schönen Urlaub. So aber trägt man das den ganzen Urlaub mit sich herum und hat schlechte Erinnerung an das Hotel und das Personal. So soll nun wirklich kein Urlaub aussehen. Vielen Dank, wir werden Euer Hotel und die Hotelgruppe zukünftig konsequent meiden.

This is one of my favourite hotels in Europe, the location is very convenient. The service was excellent from the time we checked the reception staff were very friendly and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is served with a large selection from pastries, fruit,salads, healthy options to full English breakfast all served with a smile. Would definitely recommend 10/10 A big thank you to Cristopher, Ricardo, Diogo, João (3 of them), Ruben (2 of them), Joana, Catarina, Tiago, Afonso, Pedro, Mafalda, Matilde, Miguel & Rita

Vim em família para uma visita ao Sheraton Cascais Resort e o brunch foi um dos pontos alto da nossa estadia! A comida era deliciosa e havia algo para todos os gostos.
