O aquecedor estava ligado somente na placa solar e o primeiro hóspede tomou banho frio. Depois ligaram o gás e o problema foi resolvido. Em relação ao local é afastado do centro mas próximo a BR. Um fator ruim foi a luz de led do sensor de fumaça que fica no quarto. A luz é intermitente e atrapalha bastante o sono. As acomodações são boas.

O quarto é espaçoso, mas senti falta de cortinas na janela. A TV estava com problemas na imagem. O local é muito agradável, com profissionais bem atenciosos. Disponibilizam manobrista, o que é um adicional no cuidado ao hóspede. O café da manhã é bem variado.
