Siamo stati ospiti della suite Oceani, regalo dei nostri figlioli. Tutto come da foto, dal check-in al check-out tutto perfetto… pulizia della stanza e di tutti i particolari eccellente, la cena è stata ottima. Esperienza sicuramente da ripetere privando una suite a tema diversa😜

Siamo andati con il mio ragazzo nella suite Santorini. Essendoci un problema di audio al televisore, il ragazzo della reception è stato molto gentile e professionale cercando di risolverci il problema in tutti i modi, alla fine, dato che il problema persisteva, ci ha fatto cambiare suite senza chiedere la differenza di prezzo. Molto gentile e disponibile. Stanze belle, curate e pulite. Abbiamo provato il servizio in camera ed è stato ottimo anche quello.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura nella suite "laguna blu". La stanza non era quella nella foto presente sul sito però ne aveva le caratteristiche. Vasca idromassaggio doppia molto usurata: era presente una grossa crepa e le coperture delle bocchette si staccavano. Grosso problema, non c'era la porta del bagno, dettaglio che può causare non poco disagio. Suggeriamo di far insonorizzare meglio le stanze... durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo sentito i nostri vicini che erano particolarmente felici di avere la vasca idromassaggio.... Lo staff però molto cordiale ed educato. Da segnalare che la struttura ha anche la colonnina per la ricarica dei veicoli elettrici di tipo 2, fornitaci gratuitamente durante il soggiorno. Non pubblichiamo le foto fate in quanto è proibito espressamente dal regolamento del motel.

Il mio compleanno. Mio marito mi ha fatto questo splendido regalo. Abbiamo alloggiato nella wellness suite Tempio Perduto. Meraviglioso. Tutto perfetto, tutto funzionante. Pulitissimo. Letto enorme e piscina piuttosto grande e la temperatura è sempre calda. Non vedo l'ora di provare tutte le altre. Al nostro arrivo (14:00) in reception c'era un signore di una gentilezza estrema. Mai stata più bene di così Torneremo sicuramente. Il relax è assicurato

This was an outstanding stay. The welcoming person (proprietor?) ensured that everything was thought of and in it's place.
Although not usually a user of room refrigerators I observed that the range of drinks was outstanding and surpassed any that I had seen in sixty years of business or personal travel.

Siamo finalmente riusciti a tornare, per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio, in questa struttura. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Tempio Perduto, pernottamento con colazione che ci hanno servito in camera. Per cena, mio marito avevo abbinato il menu' light Primo, entrando abbiamo trovato il tavolo apparecchiato a lume di candela, un bellissimo bouquet sul letto con una dedica. Tutto veramente splendido, dal personale della reception, c'erano 2 ragazze al nostro arrivo, al servizo in camera, i piatti buoni ma troppo abbondanti (non siamo riusciti a finire tutto non perchè non piacesse ma solo perchè eravamo veramente sazi) Grazie per l'ottimo servizio che date e GRAZIE a mio Marito per il Bellissimo regalo di Anniversario.

Sporchissimo! Dopo aver riempito la vasca senza ancora averla usata, galleggiavano capelli lunghi e vi lascio immaginare cosa altro dell'uomo. Chiamiamo la reception e una ragazza maleducata senza preoccuparsi del problema ha ritenuto subito che non fosse vero, e senza nemmeno voler venire a vedere e trovare una soluzione. Lasciate perdere, soprattutto per la vostra salute...
