Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua locazione, a metà strada tra Garda e Verona, per trascorrere un weekend rilassato, ma anche con diverse opzioni tra attività culturali e di svago.
Ci siamo trovati subito bene!! Non abbiamo prenotato l’albergo con l’aspettativa di trascorrere diverse ore al suo interno, ma più con l’obiettivo di starci il tempo necessario per riposarsi, per poi concentrarsi su attività all’esterno dell’hotel; eppure, il giorno del nostro arrivo, dopo un breve tour dell’edificio, abbiamo finito per trascorrere lì il resto della giornata.
Staff accogliente e molto attento, hotel ben tenuto e pulito, servizi spa puliti e precisamente attenti all’igiene!!
L’unica pecca che segnalerei, che è però legata al luogo in cui è situato l’albergo, è il rumore di macchine. L’albergo si trova, infatti, di fianco ad una superstrada, quindi il rumore è all’ordine del giorno. Per quanto questo rumore non disturbi quando si è all’interno dell’edificio, è comunque sempre presente quando si aprono le finestre o quando si cerca di vivere l’ambiente esterno dell’albergo.

Nonostante fossimo arrivati prima dell'orario indicato per il check-in ci hanno subito accolti e dato le chiavi della camera. La SPA è ben attrezzata, suggestiva e forse avendo alloggiato in un giorno infrasettimanale anche molto libera e quindi rilassante. La camera l'abbiamo trovata pulita e ordinata e tra gli asciugamani erano compresi anche quelli per la SPA. L'unico difetto è che purtroppo la nostra stanza non era ben insonorizzata. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, a partire dall'accoglienza in reception al servizio per la colazione, tutti molto cordiali, disponibili e sorridenti.

Sono stata ospite in coppia per 2 notti nella struttura, personale gentilissimo, la camera accogliente, la spa veramente comoda e accogliente nonostante l’affluenza di persone abbiamo provato tutto. Super rilassante Da rivalutare però il servizio ristorante! Abbiamo cenato il sabato sera ed è stata una delusione… Abbiamo ordinato 3 piatti totali e 2 su 3 non erano buoni, il pesce alla griglia bruciato e il tonno sommerso dalle cipolle. Durante la cena è comparso un gatto proveniente dall’esterno dell’hotel ed è salito sul divanetto dove stavamo mangiando, mettendoci a disagio.. Il personale di sala non si è posto alcun problema, ignorando la situazione poco igienica.

Arrêt un peu au hasard car j’avais des RDV pro sur Vérone qui est une ville beaucoup plus chère mais a seulement 10’ de voiture. Alors clairement les chambres sont un peu passées de mode et l’équipement n’est pas des plus moderne (par exemple: mobilier daté, grand lit fait avec 2 lits simple mais il y a un canyon entre les 2, tout petit écran accroché sur un vieux support, wifi erratique) mais il y avait des travaux donc je suppose que c’est en cours de modernisation. Pour le reste allez y les yeux fermés car c’est au top : - accueil chaleureux , - restaurant excellent avec un petit déjeuner généreux et de qualité, - l’accès à l’espace SPA est un vrai plus (si vous oubliez votre maillot, ils en vendent à l’accueil du SPA 😉).

È un hotel un poco datato come struttura e arredi ma credo che per una seria recensione vada valutato il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ottimo il servizio spa , la colazione , il servizio navetta per la città. È un hotel in zona direi industriale ma con accesso diretto anche dall' autostrada per cui comodo. Lago e città a venti minuti di auto .
