Uno schifo disorganizzazione totale o prenotato una camera con jacuzzi e una volta arrivati mi dicono che non è pronta ci vogliono ancora 30 minuti mi danno un altra camera inoltre io avevo concordato addobbi e prosecco e mi dicono no e una cosa che si paga a parte, mi faccio portare il prosecco e mi portano una bottiglina di prosecco con una bustina di patatine mignon , al posto della jacuzzi che avevo cercato io mi danno una stanza con idromassaggi con sifone e fontana a cascata ma la fontana a cascata l'anno eliminata pk perdeva acqua e abbiamo atteso che si riempiva una vasca con un piccolo sifone giusto per far intendere e passato un ora e non era arrivata nemmeno a metà di tre ore che avevo poi acqua ghiacciata pessimo posto dalle foto sono camere carine ma è tutta illusione ve lo sconsiglio assolutamente

After seeing the lack of cleanliness and facilities offered by the hotel/B&B, we desperately stayed for 1 night and booked another hotel in Naples for the remainder of our trip.
As soon as we arrived in the airport, we were told that travelling from the hotel to Naples or anywhere will be costly as it was limited to railway trains or taxis. The b&b was situated in another town so the cost for taxi ride was double and it was a 35mins walk to the nearest station which would've been useful knowing beforehand.
The lack of cleanliness - grime on the shower floor and faeces on the bottom of the toilet were just a few things that we noted, was the main reason we changed hotels.

I don’t think they clean the bathroom or jacuzzi. There was hairs and the toilet was dirty. The shower was also dirty. The staff is very good and friendly but the room lacks of cleanliness. The location is from Naples center you will spend much more in transportation.

please do your research if you ever stay at garbage properties like this one. management is very unprofessional, and ignorant. they also scammed me and charged my debit card for a night i didn’t even stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Non consiglio questo B&B a famiglie con bambini, se non vuoi spiegare l'origine di rumori ritmati e gemiti per tutta la notte. Sembrava un porto di mare a ore. Problemi con l'acqua calda (assente). Alla fine ci siamo dovuti lavare con l'acqua fredda. Abbiamo saltato la colazione (abbiamo preferito farla in un bar, non si sa mai).
