A big sprawling hotel very close to the Freeway, and a short walk into town. Reception was pretty good. The bar was empty and would have looked better with more people in it. It had no windows, which is fine for a bar, but it was an awful, dark place in which to provide breakfast. The booming TV didn’t help, either. Breakfast was as you’d expect. We booked a suite. The bedroom part was a good room; the sitting room was sp****, unattractive and lacked colour. The bathrooms are badly in need of an upgrade, and the ceilings are very low. The cost of the rooms was excessive ($175), and not worth it….a bit exploitative for little effort
