They have done remodeling inside at this hotel and have done a great job, looks very nice! Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much. Bring your own if you are a pillow snob. đ
Staff was friendly too. I would definitely stay here again!

If everything was as good as the check in id be super stoked. Even though it was busy when we checked in the dude behind the counter was super nice and friendly. We travel every weekend and normally stay at more expensive hotels. I should have spent the extra 30$. We definitely wont come back. The hottub has been down since we got here, the beds are so uncomfortable that my back and neck are killing me. We get to breakfast and the lady YELLS at my kids to get a shirt on, i say therea no sign and she says "im not going to argue get shirts on!" Excuse me. Im 34 years old not 2. Please learn to talk to adults. Very uncalled for. If you had an issue instead of yelling at us across the room that was croweded you could have come over and talked to us. Very rude. You put up a dirty looking sign afterwards. Werid every weekend we dont ever have this issue. It must be the Hyatt dont talk to their customers the way you do. There's piles of trash and towels outside. The breakfast was so very gross. We are used to better quality. My husband did warn me that la Quintanas are trashy and i just learned the hard way! If you have a chance to not stay here id definitely run away. I'm going to have to get a massage this morning so i can function!

When we arrived we were originally put into a Dirty room, I will say that the young man at the front desk at that time was nice and accommodating. He switched us rooms. Upon check out we were accused of smoking ***** in our room which was discriminatory and completely false. The âmanagerâ NOVA was beyond rude and unprofessional. She was more concerned with talking about her second job at little Cesarâs than rectifying the situation. She was argumentative and condescending. Her behavior was disgusting and offensive. When asked if I could speak with a manager or have corporates number she replied with, âwe are franchise and what so what we say goesâ.
