I have stayed at this location over the last 4 years. Never have I ever had to give $100 security deposit. I paid for my room through *******. They did not care and refused to give me the room I paid for which I couldn’t get a refund for through *******. People coming here for numerous activities at the Ford Event Center…..stay at another location. The staff is VERY rude and not accommodating AT ALL.

The rooms looked nice, like they had been updated recently. However, the smell in the room was horrendous. I had to put lavender oil on a towel and sleep with it over my face. Also, the heat did not work in afternoon and evening. It blew freezing cold air even if set at 90 degrees, so you had to make room super hot in morning and hope it lasted. Further, the wrong credit card was charged, despite the fact that I put the credit card I wanted charged in the machine during check in. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent, but find somewhere else to stay.

All a bit faded. The ramshackle AC smelled of mildew and did everything in excess, heating too much or cooling too much, so that the room was either very cold or too warm. The hair dryer originally had a wall holdfast, but it was torn off and they had put it into a bag instead, with the attachment. Obviously not worth fixing it. All windows were so dirty that you could hardly look out, and the premises looked unkempt. Breakfast was ok, but couldn't make up for the bad impression we had of the rest of the establishment. Overall we paid far too much for what we got.
