Super 8 by Wyndham Casper West by the River

We stayed at Super 8 West Casper for one night on our way from Rapid City(SD) to Salt Lake City(UT).  The hotel room tidiness & basic amenities are above average.  We booked online for a non-smoking single large-sized room.  Somehow the front desk assigned us with a room with elder facilities.  This was not expected but the room appeared it hasn’t been occupied for a while.

Was very happy spending a couple of nights here. Nothing is fancy or luxurious, but it's very well kitted out. Appreciated the laundry facilities, free popcorn and good WiFi. The staff were very nice and helpful too which made a big difference. Won't go wrong if you just need a place to lay down whilst in Casper.

I’ve stayed at many Super 8 properties, some better than others. This one was the best of the best! I travel by myself, so I look for clean, friendly and safe. This property checks all the boxes.

This is the VERY BEST SUPER 8 we have ever stayed at from the two ladies at the front desk to check in, popcorn offered, light hors d'oeuvres and engaging by suggesting a great place for dinner. We would definitely stay here again....

I had reason to keep extending my stay. The staff was so friendly & accommodating. They were able to keep me in the same room, which was so helpful. Although it's not one of your fancy hotels, it is clean & the staff is 5 Star! Kami on the front desk on weekends makes THE best popcorn & her smile is not only bright, its contagious. Juanita is the front desk supervisor. She runs it like a fine tuned instrument. There are several others, Debbie the Mgr. & Ron, head of maintenance who contributed to my extended stay. The staff alone has me staying there any time my needs call for a Casper hotel.

Bedbugs are a thing at this spot. They will steal from you, and they will lie to you. They will kick you out in the street if you look a little different. Have fun staying at the worst hotel you've ever experienced. The manager has no problem kicking you out in the cold, and you won't be reimbursed.

Frig froze all the food overnight, spoiling it. Morning staff didn't have utensils for guests to eat a decent spread.
