Property was dirty. Found linens ( towel and odd cloth) in the bed between sheets. Window was open, outside temp was 26 degrees. Toilet handle was broke. Worst bed I have ever tried to sleep on.

There were no full-size towels in the bathroom only a hand towel and a washcloth. No soap, no shampoo, no bathmat. The heater was off when we arrived, and it took more than four hours for the room to warm up. Had to sleep in my coat and sweatpants, however, the manager was responsive and polite

This room looked like the cleaning was unfinished before we were given the key. Very dirty, very bad smell.

My room had no towels, or hot water, the remote for the TV fid not work, and the deadbolt fid not latch properly.
Atleast, the bed was comfortable.

The only truly awful thing of this place is: no heat, no one to fix so spent the night in a very cold room; gouging...went there the first time and paid, I believe, around 65 to 80; when I stopped a month later if was $165...I asked why...they said it was summer...this is gouging...I am sorry and too boot they were rude

Not a single trash can in the room, bath tub is dirty, tv remote doesn’t work, door doesn’t properly deadbolt, very sad and disappointed for the price I paid
