Bellissimo, il locale. Offre una spendita veduta sul lago e il cibo è buonissimo. Molto curato all'interno con arredamenti classici. Il menù è fantastico. Personale professionale e gentilissimo. Prezzi in linea con il vasto assortimento di vini di marca.

The facility doesn't worth four stars at all but absolutely less than that. It was an apartment (civic number 5) far from the main hotel with no possibilty of parking your car. Basically there is no car park within the hotel and you have to park on the road around the area.
In the apartment you easily find this: poor cleaness, no drinks in the fridge (only a bottle of water was available in there), no tv, no fan and no window in the bathroom... just for starting. And the price for two nights is too high for those (low) standard levels. In one word: disappointed! Very very disappointed. Sorry to say but never never back to Castel Gandolfo Hotel.

Our stay was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. View of Lago Albano from our room was stunning. We’d stay there again, but would upgrade to a superior room rather than standard. Castel Gandolfo itself was the most idyllic place to visit

La città è incentrata sui palazzi papali e i suoi meravigliosi giardini che si possono visitare sia a piedi (oltre un ora il giro ) che con lo shuttle (45 Min) sono luoghi immensi! Nonché sul bellissimo lago di Albano

Overall it was good, breakfast was delicious. The only thing that I was not really happy with was the elevator only works to 1st floor and from there I had to carry my luggage down to the lobby.
