The Anusca Palace Hotel is within a cluster of several hotels in the resort area of Castel San Pietro Terme. I found that it is one of the nicer properties. Our room was recently renovated and was very nice and clean and was of moderate size. The internet worked well and the TV had satellite TV service, allowing viewing of channels from the U.S. The property had a very nice outdoor pool, which was a requirement of the wife, especially in the 90+ degree heat of July. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. One annoying feature was that the key card had to inserted into a slot to turn on power to lights and AC. Only one key was issued to us as the hotel said there was only 1 key per room and more keys were on backorder. This was inconvenient when my wife had to have to key to stay in the room and when I returned later in the evening, I had to have hotel staff let me in. Hopefully this might be fixed now. Food was a disappointment. The expectations of dining in the Emilia Romagna area of Italy are fairly high. Breakfast, which was the same fare (egg, cheese, cold cuts) each day, had no change over the course of a week. Food attendants were not attentive to the buffet as items would frequently run out. The wife had dinner one night which was a pizza night and it was lackluster at best. There were better dining options throughout the town. Overall, the stay was very nice, but it would be wise eat out.

We stayed for 2 nights. Very comfortable room, we upgraded to a better room. This is an older hotel but it has been kept up admirably u Sleeping was great… very quiet and very comfortable beds. We were able to walk to 2 different restaurants within 5 minutes.o Breakfast Buffett was very, very good!

That was perfect choice comparing price to what you get. We could park for free in front of hotel. Room was great with everything inside. 24h reception and very kind people working there. Breakfast was really great with high quality product. I reccommend this hotel warmly.

It’s a nice hotel. They did a good job on the breakfast buffet. They also serve dinner at the hotel and have a small bar. There is a shopping center across the street. You can take an Uber from the train station to the hotel but you won’t be able to get one to take you back. A taxi is the same price. The walls are super thin heard the neighbors talking all night. Mattress need to be replaced.

Hotel Castello provided excellent service during the National Tournament (Vanguard Playing Game) and one of their staff, Kevin was extremely gracious, kind and welcoming. Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel una sola notte, io e il mio compagno siamo venuti da Roma per un concerto all' Arena Parco Nord, la posizione per noi è stata perfetta perché in 5 minuti eravamo sul posto. La camera è bellisisma, moderna e pulita, idem il bagno con doccia grande. Unico neo la moquette a terra, io non la amo. La colazione è buonissima e molto varia. Consigliato.
