Nos hemos alojado en este establecimiento del 12 al 14 de abril previa reserva para pasar un fin de semana de celebración. El hotel está muy bien ubicado delante del pantà de Terradets. Es un hotel reformado con mucho gusto y con muchas comodidades. El personal tanto de recepción como del restaurante muy amable y atento. Las habitaciones grandes, con balcón y vistas al lago y las montañas. Tiene párking gratuito. El hotel está muy bien situado para visitar el Pallars Jussa congost de Terradets, Parc Astronòmic del Montsec, Àger, congodt de Mont Rebei etc. Muy recomendable

The room was tiny but very comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Buffet dinner and breakfast were very goodd.

Es un hotel muy bonito y acogedor, situado frente al lago de Terradets lo cual te da mucha paz y tranquilidad. Nosotros escogimos media pensión, tanto el desayuno como la cena era Buffet. El desayuno estaba muy bueno, había gran variedad de comida y bebida. En la cena no había mucha variedad, pero te daban la opción de diferentes platos que te los cocinaban al momento. La comida muy rica y artesanal. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y limpias. El hotel tiene una zona común con fuego y sala de juegos, si te gusta andar puedes hacer un recorrido saliendo del hotel y hacer un circuito por el lago.

Arrived an hour before check in was told to wait until check in for the room which was ok. Came back after an hour room was still not ready no apology. Waited another 30 mins and after requesting a quiet room upon booking 4 months ago we were given a room one floor above the cafe. Rooms are small with tiny balcony good modern bathroom but no fridge. Staff and food in cafe were good. Lake view is beautiful at breakfast. Hotel needs updating

Séjour de deux jours en chambre premium. Hôtel très charmant, minimaliste, superbe vue, magnifique piscine, belle chambre (premium), belle finition. On se sent réellement bien en ce lieu. La demi-pension est très bonne et en quantité suffisante, pas de gâchis comme dans certains "mega-hotels" et ce n'est pas de la "bouffe à la chaîne". Les tarifs des boissons sont très corrects également. Tout le personnel est souriant, agréable et répond à vos attentes et interrogations. Ils parlent tous plus ou moins le français et si non essayent de se faire comprendre. Un magnifique lieu et bravo toute l'équipe ! Continuez ainsi! Allez soyons critique (ça fait avancer 😉): un petit frigo, notamment dans les chambres premium serait un gros plus. Je recommande fermement cet hôtel +++++.

Chambre (pour nous familiale) très propre et spacieuse. Manquait simplement un petit frigo mais sinon vraiment top. Grande piscine avec vue sur le lac, superbe ! Petit déjeuner et buffet du soir excellents. Personnel vraiment très agréable !! Je recommande !

Hemos ido 2 días a comer, el primero a la cafetería muy bueno todo y buen servicio. El segundo al buffet, también muy bueno. Tanto en la cafetería como en el buffet muy fresquitos, muy buen servicio y buen precio. Los aseos muy limpios y eso que hay mucho paso de gente. Alquilamos un patín y nos bañamos en el lago

Excelente todo! Íbamos con nuestra hija de 2 años y llamamos al hotel antes y nos recomendaron reservar una habitación premium ya que es más amplia y podían poner una cuna. La habitación espectacular, y la cama super cómoda! Teníamos el régimen de media pensión y fue todo un acierto. La comida del bufet, desayuno y cena, buenísima, he estado en otros hoteles de categoría superior que no tienen nada que envidiar, toda la comida era riquísima y además el restaurante bufet tiene unas vistas al lago espectaculares. La atención del personal también ha sido fantástica,muchas gracias! Todo un 10, repetiremos seguro!!!

Estuvimos por temas de trabajo cundo llegamos no tenían disponible la habitación. Pero no dieron un sitio donde poder cambiarnos para ir a trabajar. la habitación está nueva se come bien no demasiado elaborado pero bien cocinado la piscina un lujo. El socorrista majisimo. Especial mención para ANA de recepción por la Atención que nos dio no solo a nosotros si no a todo el mundo en general. Y a uno de los camareros que no llegamos a saber su nombre pero Tiene unos tatoos muy chulos. En los brazos que se los ha diseñado su hija. Que es todo un profesional. Con lo difícil que es hoy en día encontrar alguien que aún sepa de hostelería y lo disfrute gracias por atendernos como lo hicisteis. Por lo demás todo bien. Si algo tengo que remarcar es que a pesar de tener en hotel limpio el personal de las habitaciones no llega a todo o no está del todo bien organizado. Pero todo bien.
