We had booked 2 rooms with AirCondition, but were told on arrival that there were no Superior rooms with AirCondition. It turned out to be untrue, but we only got a room with AirCondition, which was very small.
It advertises a restaurant on site, which was, however, closed three days out of four

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff, as well as friendly. Impeccable rooms. Location with wonderful views and safe relaxation, in the heart of Tuscan greenery. We will be back next year, definitely ;)

We spent 2 wonderful days on Laura's farm... she and her very kind son made us feel at home... we relaxed going from a deckchair, to a swing, to a gazebo in the shade and then finishing with a bath in the pool... all surrounded by a splendid valley of vineyards and total peace... thanks for everything, we will definitely be back

Finally after much research we found an idyllic place. Nestled in the Chianti hills with breathtaking views. Large, welcoming and clean room. Everything very nice and clean. Stunning pool area with each deckchair, chair and swing positioned so that each guest has their own privacy and truly beautiful views. Top breakfast, very fresh products, homemade cakes, even if I didn't like pineapple, Mrs. Laura made me a fruit salad without it. I also forgot the iced tea offered in the afternoon, a truly excellent idea. What can I say, we felt truly pampered, thank you, we will definitely be back

We called to book this property for 192 euros per night. A girl who was, to say the least, grumpy, almost annoyed, responded. We pointed out that we had a camper (considered a problem). Once the call was over the facility was fully booked. I'm speechless, first of all for the girl's rudeness (it's better for her to change jobs, surely the last thing she needs to do is work in contact with people). Good thing we called, so we escaped. The place may be considered "nice", but education comes first.

We spent two nights at Podere Palazzolo in August, an island of peace, serenity and authenticity. We were immediately welcomed by Mrs. Laura as if we were dear friends, with a good coffee and a beautiful smile. the place is incredible surrounded by greenery and flowers. The management is family-run, mother Laura and her son Nicolò pampered us throughout our stay with sweetness and attention. The breakfast is amazing, all cooked by them. the rooms are fresh and spacious and furnished in keeping with the place; There is always a vase with fresh flowers or green sprigs that immediately puts you in a good mood. We will definitely be back!! thank you Nicolò for your sweetness and your iced tea!

We had a room with a great view... unfortunately it was very crowded (who needs an old sewing machine?), the semi-private balcony was super small (we had to give each other space to get past each other), the balcony troughs without plants blocked the view (we put them down and put them back up in the evening), the shower cubicle and toilet seat were loose and overall the house was extremely noisy. Breakfast when it was served outside was a dream (in the room we were sent out to wait despite the tables being set and were not asked to open the door for fresh air) there were lots of different little things that were all delicious and beautifully presented! That makes up for a lot! The garden has lots of beautiful hidden places - unfortunately everything was a bit dirty (ashtrays full etc.) and run down. I was asked about my satisfaction, I gave honest criticism and from then on I was treated unfriendly - not very professional! Conclusion: in parts top and in parts a flop. Price-performance ratio not appropriate (e.g. you have to pay €3 for a capsule of coffee in the room and the wine in the fridge is restaurant priced). Hopefully someone will soon realise how to (re)make the property a real gem!
