C'était le 5ème hôtel visité lors de notre voyage et l'expérience est très décevante au regard des attentes initiales. Point positif : l'hôtel a été refait à neuf et les chambres sont pratiques et spacieuses. Parking gratuit apprécié. Points négatifs : en pleine canicule la climatisation est réglée à minima (et aussi coupée par intermittence) par les gérants sous prétexte "d'économie d'énergie" ou du ménage, nous avions 28° dans la chambre et nous avons du réclamer à plusieurs reprises pour avoir tout juste un peu de fraicheur. L'ascenseur pour monter aux étages est un véritable sauna. L'hôtel est situé au bord d'une route assez passante, donc bruyant malgré le double vitrage. A 5km de la plage. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre, pain assez dur pas très frais, jus industriel, omelette et fruits en quantité minimaliste Personnel peu souriant et aimable, notamment face à nos réclamations, ils ont été méprisants, à la limite

Très bon accueil tardif de la patronne après 22 h 30. On voit qu'il a été récemment rénové avec goût . literie excellente. Petit bémol pour le petit déjeuner dans un salle ou beaucoup d'habitants du ville viennent déjeuner. Avec une porte ouverte sans arrêt et vu la fraicheur des matinées il valait mieux être assez couvert. A recommander

El hotel esta muy bien situado para visitar el casco antiguo de Castelló d'Ampuries y los alrededores y consta de un parking privado. La habitación i el baño totalmente renovados. El desayuno muy completo y apetecible.
