Das Hotel ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal beim Service bzw. an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und im Empfangsbereich fühlte man sich schnell wohl. Die Zimmer sind soweit ordentlich, speziell das Bad war aber sehr klein und die Armaturen haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Leider ist auch das Internet nicht wirklich zufriedenstellend. Speziell zu den Stoßzeiten am Abend ist eine Verbindung je nach Zimmer eher Glückssache.

Albergo pulito, personale molto gentile e disponibile, cibo buono, semplicita' e cordiita' italiana. Ci hanno lasciato la stanza anche dopo il check out. Luigi alla rexeption e' un personaggio simpaticissimo. Il personale di sala disponibile. Colazione con maxi barattolo di Nutella!! Se vogliamo proprio dare un consiglio, un rinnovo alla biancheria dei bagni.

Potrei iniziare da Roberto, persona gentile, cordiale e disponibile (anche a risolvere problemi di moto). Sui suoi collaboratori nulla da dire, dalla chef, alle ragazze in sala a Carmelo persona fantastica. Cena ottima, colazione buona; cosa aggiungere.... lo consiglio a chi passa in moto!

Le camere ma soprattutto i bagni avrebbero bisogno di una ristrutturazione, abbastanza pulito, appena sufficiente la colazione, poco varia e di scarsa qualità (la frutta sciroppata in agosto no). La piscina è in un seminterrato poco luminoso e un po' claustrofobico, personale molto giovane, non si capisce chi sia il gestore. Non abbiamo mai cenato quindi non mi posso esprimere ma se il livello è quello della colazione..... oltretutto ci hanno addebitato il prezzo di una piccola brioche ed un pezzo di torta portati via: no comment! Onestamente rapporto qualità/prezzo troppo sbilanciato, a mio parere caro per il tipo di Hotel ed i servizi offerti. In Alto Adige gli avrebbero dato sì e no 1 stella.

Lovely hotel for sport funs or if you just want to relax in beautiful Dolomites. Great spa and pool area. Four stars rated hotel with spacious rooms, well decorated and overall clean. Spacious dining room and relaxing area. Great food, very kind staff, especially waiters, every minute dedicated to the guests. A little bit distant from the ski slopes, but situated in a very charming village Castello di Fiemme.

E' la seconda volta che soggiorniamo all'Hotel Los Andes e anche questa volta siamo rimasti soddisfatti della scelta. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. L'hotel è accogliente e curato. Avevamo in dotazione 2 camere separate ma comunicanti, 2 bagni, spazi ampi. Camere sempre pulite. Cibo molto buono. Servizio della cena molto ben organizzato. Complimenti al personale di sala (sia a colazione che a cena): professionale e cortese. Area wellness: curata, non molto affollata, ascugamani a disposizione degli ospiti. Unica pecca: dovrebbe esserci più controllo da parte del personale perchè c'erano bambini in sauna e ospiti in piscina senza cuffia.

Ich komme hier immer wieder sehr gerne zum Wandern hin. Wir sind von der Umgebung, der A**osphäre und den Menschen so angetan, dass wir diesmal noch Freunde mitgenommen hatten, die jetzt genauso begeistert sind wie wir. Es herrscht eine freundliche und herzliche A**osphäre und selbst in stressigen Zeiten (Stichwort: italienische Hochsaison mit anspruchsvollen Gästen) hat der Service stets den Überblick und auch noch ein freundliches Wort! Und jeder packt mit an. Die Zimmer sind hell und sauber, auch hier klappt der Service gut und auf die Wünsche der Gäste wird eingegangen. Wer nicht selber die atemberaubende Schönheit der Umgebung erkunden will, kann diese alternativ auch durch vom Hotel organisierte Touren kennenlernen und sich auch jede Menge Tipps holen. So sind wir diesmal z.B. an unserem „Ruhetag“ zum „Pilze suchen“ mitgegangen, waren sogar erfolgreich und bekamen die Pilze am nächsten Abend auch noch lecker zubereitet und serviert. Was will man mehr! Ich freue mich bereits jetzt auf ein Wiedersehen!

Hotel da rimodernare. Abbiamo soggiornato in una junior suite che era pulita ma nulla a che vedere con una camera di quel tipo. Bagno con finestra murata, vasca idromassaggio non in buono stato. Cibo nella media. Il bambino era celiaco ha mangiato abbastanza bene ringrazio in sala Daniel e Giorgia per l attenzione. Non particolarmente simpaticissimi alla reception. L unica cosa positiva è la bellissima posizione davanti ad un parco giochi enorme per i bimbi

Appena tornato da una splendida settimana. L'hotel offre tantissimi servizi, tra cui piccola spa, piscina e ping pong. La struttura è curata nei particolari e pulizia assicurata. Ma soprattutto la cucina è davvero raffinata: portate curate, gusti unici e cortesia nel servizio!
