The hotel tries to make money with untrue promises. Hotel management is cheating to make money the fast way. No interest in finding mutually satisfying solutions. Special deal offers turn out to be overpriced and bad quality. Promises are not kept and afterwards charged in addition. Entire places is in bad condition and requires entire refurbishment.

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura. Stanza davvero tanto grande con tanto di ingresso e bagno spazioso e pulito. Hanno avuto premura di accendere il riscaldamento perché abbiamo beccato un we piovoso e freddo. Colazione super abbondante, buona e variegata servita assieme a un panorama meraviglioso che ti fa iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi. Giusto prezzo per i servizi offerti. Parcheggio auto di fronte alla struttura.

Beautiful property. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apar**ent and both the A/C and Wi-Fi worked. Didn’t have a car so needed to order many taxis (with help from the front desk, as no one in my group spoke Italian)

L'endroit est magnifique mais la paroi de douche s'est cassé en voulant en voulant fermer la porte, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre , la réceptionniste m'a dit que tout était complet, même pas un geste commercial le tour du bac a douche était rempli de silicone. Bruyant dans les couloirs.. Prix élevé par rapport à la qualité des chambres .

Great place for a romantic trip. When it gets busy it looses its charm.
Rooms are basic but nice. Courtyard rooms are not as charming as the ones with the views which sums up the experience.

Absolutely superb views all around this hotel.
However the room we were in was small, along with a tiny bathroom.
The air-conditioning didn't work - in the entire hotel - and it was extremely noisy from other rooms because of the very thin. Walls and poorly soundproofed doors. We could hear everything from neighbouring rooms.
On top of that the plumbing must be faulty as every morning the bidet let out a terrific gurgling noise between 6 and 7 am, several times, which meant we were awake early each day! A combination of zero Aircon, the noise and the loud plumbing meant we didn't sleep well at all here, a fundamental for a hotel?
The swimming pool area was great (but the water very cold) and we eat at the on-site restaurant a couple of times which was both good and reasonably priced.
Overall, despite the fabulous views and the pool, we wouldn't return or recommend.

o local é lindo. a melhor forma de acesso é por carro. Saindo de Siena tem ónibus ou taxi. o café da amanha é maravilhoso, o atendimento é excelente. nosso quarto infelizmente não estava tão de acordo, geladeira desligada e falta de cobertores, mesmo sendo pedido, não recebemos, mas não insistimos, pois estava lotada e as atendentes eram muito atenciosas.
