Llegamos la habitacion q nos dan a pesar de ser para 4 nos dan una habitación para dos oscura, si preparar las camas de los niños...le digo de albornoz y los tengo q llevar yo misma a la habitacion, nos cambian a otra habitacion al final. La cena carisima y sin ninguna variedad pero nos clavan 77 euros y pq me di cuenta que habian sumado mal, los servicios todos cerrados salvo la piscina cubierta...que no es ningun spa....para un 4* esperaba mucho mas......

Parcheggio esterno molto comodo, ma poco illuminato di notte. Ascensori maleodorante (× tutti i 4 giorni del soggiorno). Ristorazione abbondante ma di scarsissima qualità, sembra di essere in mensa. Personale disorganizzato e poco affabile alla reception. Non ho utilizzato le piscine.

Zimmer sind ok. Groß und mit Balkon. Bad auch ok. Speiseraum ist ein Saal, gemütlich wie eine Bahnhofshalle. Die Akustik ist eine Katastrophe. Wenn man dort Getränke bestellt, sollte man aufpassen. Man bekommt nicht das bestellte und erlebt sein Wunder beim bezahlen. Weinflaschen werden ohne Weinkühler auf den Tisch gestellt. Die Reste mit aufs Zimmer nehmen ist verboten! Warum? Personal im Speiseraum spricht weder Englisch noch Deutsch und ist auch nicht sonderlich freundlich. Das kalte Buffet war sehr gut, auch zum Frühstück, die warmen Speisen waren nicht mein Geschmack. Die Anlage ist sehr groß und weitläufig und sehr hellhörig.

Un azienda ha organizzato un evento e qindi ho soggiornato in questo hotel. Piacevole soggiorno, buona colazione. Purtroppo ho soggiornato solo una notte e via la mattina quindi non so dare molte indicazioni. Sicuramente molto pratico se si transita sulla A4.

Ho soggiornato al Parc Hotel durante il Vinitaly. Le camere sono molto spaziose e pulite. Colazione varia sia per il dolce che per il salato. Il personale è molto gentile. Una pecca è il fatto di non avere il wifi in camera ma solo nella Hall...

Riesengroße, unpersönliche Anlage, wobei die Aussenanlage gepflegt wirkte. Entsetzt waren wir über die nicht mehr zeitgemäße Badehaubenpflicht beim Indoorpool. Doch noch mehr hat uns das äußerst schlechte 0815 Frühstück im großen Hallenstil schockiert - die Auswahl war mikrig und die Qualität war grottenschlecht. Es wurde das billigste vom billigen serviert. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ok. Matratzen waren hart wie Stein, das Badezimmer aus den 80gern und die Möbel abgerockt. Die Zimmermädchen haben auch nur das nötigste erledigt! Alles war sehr hellhörig und man wurde bis spät in die Nacht von Lärm belästigt. Der Check-out war wie der Check-in problemlos, doch es interessierte niemanden ob der Hotelbesuch der Zufriedenheit entsprach. 4 Sterne hat dieses Hotel wenn man selbst 2 mitbringt!
