In apparenza sembra un bel posto... ma poi quando entri nelle stanze l'unica cosa è and****ne. Le foto di presentazione non rispettano la realtà. Per me questo Resort dovrebbe ricevere una ispezione igienico sanitaria.

Really surreal, definitely a fake 4 star. Very uncomfortable mattresses, very thin almost non-existent pillows, old blankets, one of which is shorter than the bed (I had to ask to be replaced), dirty and old chairs, shower with a filthy curtain. Breakfast room not set, we had to sit on old tables with half-torn stickers, not a placemat, a tablecloth, nothing .... And defining breakfast poor is very little. Calculating the enormous increase in prices for staying in Rome and selling motorized vehicles, we came across this structure. What can I say, certainly something could be improved (such as the semi-broken bathroom door or the very meager breakfast) but for what we paid, or €50 a night, it does its duty. Very nice owners and staff (especially the very nice Romanian gentleman who serves breakfast). We will definitely be back if that happens!

Dirty structure in all things starting with the windows of the whole resort that don't let you admire the view. , not to mention those in the room. Dirty room with rubbish on the floor from those who stayed before. Bathroom that smells like a latrine, bathroom fixtures corroded by limestone, toilet seat greasy with old urine. Huge cobwebs stuck under the bed base, dirty sheets with earth inside. I asked if my room was cleaned and the sheets changed I was told that if it didn't suit me I could change the structure. They brought back some dirty sheets and told me it was me. Remedied breakfast with undercooked frozen croissants, poor quality cappuccino milk not to mention the coffee (chicory water is better). Insects everywhere in the room, mangy cats that enter the room intrusively and therefore force you to shut yourself up and not be able to use the garden, even if it is poorly maintained, also with garbage. Garden space filled with old cigarette butts and rubbish. For having been a covid structure I expected the splendor of a general sanitization. Ignorant owner, non existent staff.
