很温馨的度假酒店，乾淨衞生，尤其是晚上的晚餐，味道很棒。 位置是託斯卡納地區的奧爾恰谷，裏周圍那些中世紀小城都很近。

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 notti e la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva. Camere confortevoli, colazione varia e curata, posto magnifico. Quello che ci ha più colpito ed entusiasmato è stata però la cordialità e la gentilezza che i dipendenti e la famiglia proprietaria dell’albergo riservano ai propri clienti. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e soprattutto super coccolati. Grazie di cuore! Torneremo sicuramente.

Struttura molto elegante con tutto il personale di estrema cortesia e professionalità. Servizio di pulizia nelle camere ineccepibile, molto raffinata la cucina del ristorante . Si vede la conduzione della struttura a cura di un manager di alta professionalità. Posizione perfetta per le terme di bagno Vignoni e per visitare la val d’Orcia . Il silenzio e la tranquillità ci hanno accompagnato per tutto il soggiorno .

Vorrei capire tutti i commenti super positivi se sono persone che viaggiano poco e quindi facilmente accontentabili o amici della struttura. Nulla da dire al personale, sempre molto gentile e disponibile, però 4 stelle anche no. Abbiamo preso una camera Deluxe quindi con aspettative abbastanza alte, anche visto il corposo pagamento di una notte (in altri hotel a 5 stelle abbiamo pagato di meno), dove ti aspetti pertanto la perfezione che però non c'è. Camera piccola per essere considerata Deluxe, mancanza di bollitore per tisane e caffè ed acqua a pagamento (di solito almeno una bottiglia la inseriscono offerta). Colazione discreta, alimenti standard senza troppa qualità. Pecca secondo noi abbastanza grave: in qualsiasi hotel 4 stelle sono previste, se richieste, delle uova (che siano strapazzate, omelette etc). Ecco qui oltre a non fare parte del menù se le vuoi sono a pagamento! Mai sentita una cosa del genere. Forse nei 3 stelle si....

The long-time staff (and newer staff, too, David) here are simply the most hospitable, kind people imaginable. They do everything to meet your every need. Which hilltop town do you want to visit? They will tell you the best place to park and their choice for restaurants, plus make a reservation for you, too. The restaurant is so wonderful that we don't think about going elsewhere for dinner. I love this place as a base for seeing Tuscany's hilltop towns.

Tout ce qu'il faut de grand et tout ce qu'il faut de familial. Le plaisir est renouvelé à chacun de nos séjours ! Et pourtant la base est toujours là et les améliorations se goutent sans m^me ce voir. Le dormir, dans un calme divin, le manger avec une créativité affirmée, nee parlons pas de la cave à Vins (majorité de Montepulciano) avec Antoine pour vous guider. La propreté et le confort des chambres. J'arrête pour ne pas faire croire que nous sommes les propriétaires, m^me si je crois que nous sommes devenus des amis. Pour les sportifs, la Francigena passe devant et vous pouvez, faire une étape (ou demi-étape) avec les conseils de Silvano. La magnifique piscine a suffit à mon épouse. Des "maladies" de personnel (l'époque) ont écarté nos amies Eliana et Rita, tout a été fait pour les suppléer, mais nos avons pensé à Elles !Allez 2024 est proche !

Ottima location , per visitare la val d Orcia ersonale molto attento a soddisfare i clienti.. unico appunto la cena, non soddisfacente...piatti non vari sempre gli stessi... Da migliorare...per il resto tutto ok. Da ritornare.

Wanting to enjoy wine country and the Tuscan countryside without the touristy experience, we found ourselves delightfully surprised rounding the crooked descent to Relais Osteria dell’Orcia. This historical villa—comfortable resort is close to so many important destinations which providing enough distance to relax and take it all in. The views are stunning, the staff and owners are super hospitable and attentive, the elegant restaurant offers delicious local food and excellent wine selection. You’ll never want to leave!

Siamo tornati dopo tanti anni con la paura di "rovinare" un ricordo molto bello. Tutto è andato benissimo : accoglienza perfetta, gentilezza, grande disponibilità e tanti sorrisi. Difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo. Tutti si danno da fare per farti star bene. La camera da noi prenotata era una Classic, obiettivamente un po' piccola, chiesto se era disponibile qualcosa di più "grande" e con poca differenza di prezzo siamo finiti nella suite che avevamo usufruito anni prima. Una gran bella sorpresa. Colazione ottima, non manca nulla e tutto è di ottima qualità. La sera il ristorante non delude lo ricordavamo buono lo abbiamo ritrovato ottimo. Buona scelta, prodotti di qualità, piatti buoni e belli, buon servizio, bella cantina. Molto carino il giardino, ben curato e con una piscina dove rilassarsi al ritorno dalle varie escursioni. Posizione fantastica per visitare bene la Val D'Orcia. Facile che si ritorni.
