Borgo Solario

L'agriturismo Borgo Solario è un luogo in cui potrete rilassarvi nella pace delle colline umbre. A due passi dal Lago Trasimeno e molto vicino a località del calibro della Val D'Orcia, di Arezzo, Cortona e di tanti altri piccoli o grandi gioielli che potrete scoprire semplicemente allontanandovi di un quarto d'ora di macchina, vi basterà percorrere due curve di una strada di campagna e oltrepassare una collina per immergervi nella tranquillità assoluta. In una cornice curata e pulitissima (certamente migliorabile, come tutte le cose: un gancio per appendere l'accappatoio o una mensola portasapone non sarebbero sicuramente sgraditi!), potrete contare sull'assistenza discreta ma presente dei proprietari. La struttura, molto antica, è stata completamente restaurata qualche anno fa (se andate non mancate di dare uno sguardo al fotolibro che riassume le fasi della ristrutturazione di quel che venti anni fa era solo un rudere), conservando intatto lo stile del casolare di campagna originario. Possiamo dire che la piscina costituisca un sunto (come posizione, cura, strutture, bellezza) di quanto di positivo c'è in Borgo Solario. Ci torneremo.

Borgo Solario is an excellent structure, managed with courtesy, commitment and professionalism by the owner family. The apartments are clean, equipped with every necessary service and overlook a breathtaking, truly spectacular view (the hill overlooks the meadows and fields below and you can see incredible sunsets). The relaxing atmosphere is also helped by the swimming pool, the dining area and the rural environment. Recommended for its strategic position and proximity to the lake, it allowed us to visit the most beautiful cities of Umbria with absolute comfort. Also highly recommended for the price.

We were passing through with my family just one night in this fantastic quiet place in the Umbrian hills. Very nice swimming pool perfectly positioned to enjoy the view and tranquility. Excellent location for visiting the various most beautiful places between Umbria and Val D’Orcia. very kind owners and excellent breakfast

Very nice and welcoming farmhouse. Very large portions of houses equipped with everything, clean and quite new. The owners are very kind and available for any need. The structure is undergoing renovations, but the potential is enormous. Very nice swimming pool, play area (also external but to be completed) and breakfast area overlooking the pool. In front of each apartment there is an outdoor table available to enjoy the view. Possibility of using barbecue. External parking reserved for customers also covered with wooden pergolas. Since this is a structure still in the process of being refurbished, there are areas to be completed and improved, especially with respect to the common areas. In a few years the quality will certainly increase considerably. In addition, with reservations in advance, the price is excellent and definitely in line with the services that the structure currently offers. We hope to come back soon to see for yourself the improvements made.

This farm was a discovery .. it is located in a beautiful valley, the silence and the view are amazing. I think it has been recently renovated, a perfect combination of ancient and modern. We stayed in the Giove apartment there was everything you need from the hairdryer to the crockery pans etc..simple, clean and very welcoming ... I really appreciated the vintage objects in the room they gave a very original personal touch ... welcome never found in other places .. kind reserved and very nice .. I could not choose better for my birthday! Recommended for everyone for a super relaxing holiday

We stayed in June 2021 both as a couple and with friends and I must say I felt at home. Sergio and Michelle are nice and ready to meet our needs to make us better enjoy our stay at their facility. The pool area is special and truly relaxing with a unique panorama. The functional apartment very clean and with everything you need for the stay. Strategic position to visit most of the most famous Umbrian towns. Breakfast for 10 and "praise too", with very good typical products. For sure I'll be back, if they have apps. free;). It's hard to say what I liked most about this fantastic stay. The location is excellent, on a hill from which the gaze can sweep over a characteristic landscape in the midst of nature and surrounded by other small typical villages. The structure is well restored respecting the original style but "seasoned" with every comfort. Management is excellent, informal but very helpful. For children it is a paradise, especially for the play area and swimming pool. For parents, a place of authentic relaxation where they can enjoy silence, sun and tranquility. The nights are silent and weather permitting you can see fabulous starry and fireflies in the fields. The location is also ideal for trips to the lake and to the most beautiful places in Umbria. Perugia is just over half an hour away by car. Let the owners advise you on the best restaurants in the area and you will discover unique dishes that you will not eat anywhere else. ...
