Very nice hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, great breakfast selection, nice to have live music in the bar. The terrace in room 137 looked out over Etna, wonderful view. The hairdryer in the bathroom is out-dated, under-powered and uncomfortable to use. It would be nice to have a bar of soap and hair conditioner.

I have been to Picciolo Etna for the third time and I shall definitely be back. I stayed on half board basis since the food in the restaurant is very good. Breakfast is fantastic and the surrounding area is beautiful. Rooms are cleanand the beds are very comfortable.

Siamo stati in questa Location Fantastica alle pendici dell’Etna per il ponte del 25 aprile, abbiamo trovato una camera bellissima e pulitissima, cibo buonissimo, ma soprattutto la gentilezza di tutti gli operatori: dal barman al personale della reception a quello della SPA. Fuori dal comune oserei dire. Percorso SPA meraviglioso, due giorni di massimo relax in un contesto paradisiaco. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

La spa non era efficiente nella totalità, Il prezzo pagato e' superiore rispetto a cio' che é offerto, Struttura bella ma non vale il prezzo specie per le camere.

Stupendi due giorni trascorsi in questo posto meraviglioso. Accoglienza discreta, ma attenta. Location davvero mozzafiato con il campo da golf e la struttura in generale. La colazione molto ricca e con personale molto cortese, loquace e professionale. Anche il personale della Spa è stato molto gentile e, vista la mia caduta all'interno, con un forte colpo al fondoschiena, è stato solerte nel fornirmi ghiaccio e nel chiamare anche successivamente la mia partenza. Il pranzo al ristorante del golf club è stato molto buono. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

Posto incantevole, le camere spaziose e pulite. Il cibo al ristorante secondo me da stella michelin. Il personale sempre gentile e pronto a soddisfare qualche nostra esigenza. Provato anche il centro Spa con le cascate che richiamano le gole dell'Alcantara. Lo consiglio .
