Very old hotel with outdated facilities. However, there is a bus stop downstairs that can go to the bus station, as well as the tesco express that runs late.
Far from the city center and the beach. Not very recommended for travel.

Excellent experience from checking on to checking out. Reception staff were informative & helpful. Room was clean & bed was very comfortable. Restaurant staff were friendly, service was prompt & food at breakfast & dinner was excellent, great choice.

Good place to stay if on on golf tour in South Wales. Lots of good restaurtants nearby. Parking easy next door. Good value for money. The downer was the exterior of the building still covered in scaffolding a year on since I last stayed and the entrance area is used by smokers so needs a tart up

decent pub food and breakfast comfy bed, pillows could be better and bathroom a bit cleaner, toilet seat was dirty and not nice too see overall bed took till late to arrive spare for young apprentice wasnt there when arrived

Scaffolding blocked views and staff seemed inexperienced. The best part of the trip was the breakfast bar. I stay frequently at Premier Inn and this was subpar in terms of staffing, cleanliness, and views. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the value for money. I paid almost as much for this accommadation as I do for better location and service at your other hotels.

Would definitely stay here again. Very comfortable beds and lovely staff. Good choice of food for an evening meal in the restaurant and the staff were very welcoming. Nice and quiet at night time with no disturbances on my floor

Every time I go to Swansea I choose this hotel for the quality/price report. The location in the fancy Marina neighbourhood, close to Wind street and Quadrant Shoppping center. Walking distance to the main bus stop and shops. Quiet location with a view to Swansea bay. The Beefeater restaurant situated inside the hotel, also offering the hotel breakfast at a convienient choice.
