Beautiful hotel, but a bit isolated. It is probably better to stay there in spring or summer to fully enjoy the hotel with its outdoors and the pool.
Room was great, staff too.

A old run down hotel, TVs are tiny and outdated.
Staff lie about checking time claiming it's 3pm when it clearly listed 2pm on trip.com, they force you to checkout at 11am which the checkout should be pushed back to 12pm considering the late check-in. But the staff seem rude and patronising

The Hills Lodge is always excellent. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. I really appreciated the early check-in and late check-out. Thanks for a lovely stay.
