Hilton Cardiff

The room was lovely. They also let me order flowers to the room and put them in the room ready before my stay which was nice. They charged me£10 for rose petals on the bed which I thought was alittle steep considering the amount of rose petals and didn’t listen to my recommendation on how I wanted them set up. I wanted them in a heart shape and on the floor from the door to the bed but they were just spaced out on the bed. Still very good stay and the staff were nice. And the room was nice and clean. Cheap enough too for the quality

We were given a quiet room as requested, which we really appreciated. However, there was a leak in the room and the bathroom drain had an unpleasant smell. The hotel also charges an extra £5 per person for access to the pool, which was disappointing. Generally speaking, the hotel is fine and the staff are polite, but the property feels a bit run down and does not offer good value for money. Breakfast was acceptable — the hot food was served hot, although we found it a little too salty.

The hotel is located at Cardiff city centre! Very convenient to travel around Cardiff. Cardiff Castle is just round the corner. Breakfast was good! Room is clean and bright! We enjoyed our stay there very much!

I had a very good experience staying at Hilton Cardiff. The hotel felt extremely safe and well managed throughout my stay. One thing I noticed is that they are very strict about not allowing visitors after 9 PM. At first, it was a bit disappointing, but honestly, it also made me feel much safer knowing they take security seriously. The service was excellent from beginning to end. The staff were always kind, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. My room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. It was also cleaned during my stay, which I really appreciated and added to the overall comfort. The location is another big advantage the hotel is just steps away from Cardiff Castle, making it perfect for exploring the city. It’s also only about a 20 minute walk from Cardiff Central railway station, which made getting there and around very convenient. One morning I decided to try the breakfast buffet, and it was definitely worth it. There were many options to choose from, including pastries, hot food, fruit, and drinks. They also had coffee machines with very good coffee, which made the breakfast experience even better. Another highlight was the bar downstairs it had a great atmosphere and was a really nice place to relax after a day of exploring. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cardiff, especially if you value comfort, excellent service, a great location, and above all, feeling safe during your stay.

Good location and really nice breakfast too. The facilities were good too (sauna and jacuzzi), the room was good too and had a fridge.

Amazing service, excellent amenities will highly recommend this hotel, really value for money and overall was perfect for a short and long stay. We’ll definitely visit again soon!

Easy check in and out, nice friendly and very helpful staffs. Comfortable and clean room. Good location. Very happy with our stay.

Everything was fine, but we didn't have a good view despite paying for a high-floor room. Also, there was only one bathrobe in our room rather than two, but they gave us one more when we asked. And the bathroom sink drain had a problem, so water barely passed through. Overall, the breakfast, pool facilities, and luggage storage were excellent for us. My one less star for cleanliness was due to a dirty wardrobe we had. But the room was fine and clean.
