Sin problemas, vas a divisar en la primera curva, saliendo de Castro hacia Chonchi, un edificio muy moderno que emula cajas de metal plantadas en un cerro. Ese es el Hotel Enjoy, y la primera pista de que este edificio está ubicado en un territorio erróneo. Parece ser que el arquitecto no anticipó, que en un lugar que llueve de lado, de frente y a veces de abajo hacia arriba, tener esos enormes ventanales (con una vista impresionante pero muy sucios) podía traer graves problemas de humedad. Nuestra pieza tenia, no sólo una decoración lamentable, sino que un metro de piso absolutamente podrido. Puede ser que el SPA ubicado en el primer piso, y que es sin duda lo mejor del hotel, no ayudara a la causa. ¿Por qué soy tan dura con esta crítica? Porque todo es fácilmente solucionable. Sólo se necesita un equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza eficiente, y una decoradora con buen gusto. Por lo demás, el desayuno es bastante rico, el SPA imperdible, y la ubicación, aunque alejada del centro de Castro, está cercana a los palafitos y en la carretera hacia el sur.

This is supposed to be the best hotel in Castro. It was fine. Comfortable rooms. Breakfast was also fine. Not too many services to offer and location is a walk from restaurants or stores, but again, we were told it was the best that Castro has to offer.

Habitaciones limpias acorde a la descripción 10/10 Mi recomendación es elegir la habitación ejecutiva porque tiene cocina, horno, microondas, ollas, platos, etc. Spa genial, tinajas, piscina y sauna (muy amplio todo) El personal tímido jeje 10/10, muy atentos y receptivos La discotheque Ovo muy buena, tocaron música muy variada y sin pifias, buena onda las personas (amables)

Atienden muy mal, espera de 30 minutos para hacer un check-in, el frigo bar no funcionaba, la cama adicional sin sábanas, lentos y mal humorados para entregar el servicio. Golpean la puerta para el hacer el aseo a las 9 am fuerte y muchas veces, ya que no cuentan con letrero de “no molestar”. La comida del restaurante malísima, por una hamburguesa chica tipo mac donalds con papas de bolsa, $16.000 pesos . Una vergüenza. No vale la pena pagar solo por una bonita vista .

Servicio buffet reducido. Rotación de los alimentos del buffet deja que desear, los productos se ven secos, deshidratados. No te permiten pedir huevos a la minuta y la única variedad que presentan es "huevo revuelto" , no pudiendo tomar otra opción aunque lo pagues aparte (información obtenida del garzona). Para que te hagan la habitación debes notificarlo en "front desk" ya que no cuentan con carteles impresos de aseo de habitación. Limpieza habitación regular. Ubicación del hotel extraordinaria. No tienen material turístico impreso para el pasajero tales como: mapas o trópicos impresos con lugares de interés turístico. Personal amable. Hotel con deficiente preparación profesional respecto a productos y servicios de atención. Un punto a destacar en sus instalaciones de SPA: piscina, servicio masajes y gym habilitado.

Este Hotel, en el que había alojado pre pandemia, era hasta lo que recuerdo un excelente lugar y por eso lo elegimos para hospedarnos en nuestra visita a Chiloe. Sin embargo, hay cosas que me hicieron escribir esta reseña y que espero les sirva a todos. En resumen para no dar la lata - Personal del Hotel: Atención de mala manera y poco cordial. Las maletas por ejemplo tienes que bajarlas y trasladarlas a la habitación tu, aunque vengas ultra cargado. Nadie te ayuda. - Habitación calurosa y aire acondicionado no es capaz de enfriar. La vista hermosa, pero en verano dormir es difícil...y yo soy de Chillan. - Piscina muy caliente. Los Jacuzzi ok. - Desayuno del montón, ni malo ni bueno. Creo que no volveremos. La relación precio calidad es muy mala. Espero les sirva

The rooms have fantastic water views. The hotel is a bit of a walk to town. About a mile and a half (30 minutes at a brisk pace) There is a good side walk all of the way and the views are nice, although it is not flat and the town is on a bit of a hill. There is a small grocery store/deli next door and a larger grocery store close by. There is also an on site restaurant and a couple of other restaurants very close. Castro is a little sleepy so the location was nice for us. Again, the views from the rooms are spectacular.
