Pas de chauffage dans le hall et le restaurant de l’hôtel Si vous payez 3 nuits et que vous voulez raccourcir d’une nuit il ne vous rembourse pas la nuitée La cuisine est très moyenne et pas du tout gastronomique Les propriétaires ne sont pas commerçants et ne s’intéressent pas aux clients quand le chauffage est en panne et que nous dînons en doudoune

Ocio hace honor a su nombre. Un lugar en un entorno idílico. La nobleza de la madera en su arquitectura muy bien pensada, junto a una buena calidad en materiales y confort de sus habitaciones hacen del lugar algo muy unico. Recomiendo la cabaña premium “del bosque”, un hermoso nido entre los arboles y una preciosa vista. Totalmente recomendable

En este hotel roban. Cuidado. La recepcionista no hace nada no cumple y cuando se solicita hablar con la gerencia, no lo permite. Compromete mandar email y tampoco lo hacen. Personal extremadamente poco atento. EVITAR A TODA COSTA si no quieren un mal rato en vacaciones.

Beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff . Within a natural forest , we stayed here longer than we had planed as it is so relaxing . The dinning room is gorgeous. Our room had its private balcony within the trees canopies . All the ladies at the front desk are very sweet and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Es un buen hotel con una infraestructura adecuada, pero no sobresaliente ni tampoco de lujo. Con serias deficiencias en el manejo de la temperatura, la habitación en la que nos hospedamos sólo calefacciona hasta los 21 grados Celsius lo cual en 70 m2, es bastante poco si se piensa que en el exterior hay 3 o 4 grados, por ende la sensación al interior es fría, muy fría. En el comedor, pasa exactamente lo mismo, mucho frío. Lamentablemente no fuimos los únicos que lo sentimos y el sentir de quienes compartimos las festividades patrias, fue de sentir frío en un lugar que bajo ninguna razón debiese ocurrir. No es un lugar extraordinario, sin embargo el equipo humano si lo es, desde las asistentes hasta la cocina, son sin lugar a dudas lo mejor del lugar, un equipo notable y que dentro de sus posibilidades, hacen que la estadía sea una mejor experiencia, a pesar de las incomodidades.

Ubicación privilegiada en sector rural con buenos accesos pavimentados en su mayoría. Muy bien atendiendo por el personal. Excelente y variado desayuno. Cabañas cómodas en lindo entorno natural, muy rica ropa de cama. El único detalle es la puerta del baño que no separa completamente del dormitorio, es importante tener más privacidad.

Carro y poco profesional We Had to threat the worker to get a ventilador….. The place was the most expensive of the región and its only a 3 stars the didnt offer us nothing at the en try like water or a juicio even siesta the recepción the bar and the hotel was empty

El hotel es espectacular para venir en pareja a disfrutar Chiloe. Si bien hay un tramo de camino de tierra, está en buene stado y es breve. Permite disfrutar el hotel y su entorno pero tambien ir a Ancud, Cucao, Rilan, Curaco que están a distancias razonables. No quedas aislado como con otras opciones. El personal muy preocupado que todo esté bien y las instalaciones
