had a lady at reception tell me I need a physical bank card to put down a deposit and was unable to use my phone. thankfully I was only 20mins away from home and was able to call my sister to bring me hers as I’m waiting on a new card. when I got back with the card I had a different lady who told me I could use my phone, which worked. what a waste of my time and sisters time / petrol.
other than that the place was amazing

Just wish we had time for a longer stay. Brilliant all round for a resort stay in a quiet seaside location.

What a great hotel, great value for money and great location. It was the perfect weekend away with hubby but we will come back with the kids soon! Pool was awesome!

What a great place to stay! Location is terrific. Walk to beach, shops and cafes. The room is spacious with a balcony. Kitchenette fully equipped plus a lounge area. Pool looked amazing (it was raining) and the Spice Den restaurant had great food. Definitely will be back time and again.

Beautiful resort. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing. The pool and spa were all excellent. Felt like we were back in Bali. The restaurant was 10/10. Yummy food and a**osphere was really lovely. The resort was close to the beach and shops. Short drive to Kingscliff where there are heaps of cafes and restaurants. A really enjoyable break away.

Beautiful decor in generous size studio apar**ent. Excellent standard of cleanliness. Top quality restaurant downstairs and handy to heaps of other eating options. If you are a young family or have any sort of physical mobility issues then select rooms close to the elevator. Quick beach access is only a very short walk away.

Plentiful room in the Studio Courtyard.
Room was tastefully decorated and fresh . . And ...very clean .
I gave a 3 ⭐ for communication due to despite asking for and being given a late ch
