After checking in and leaving my card info for those “incidentals “ which was only 200 the waited till the day I was checking out to charge my card also they charged me the same amount as my stay took an extra 112 from me understanding it’s just a hold but super inconvenient plus they took more out than what they were supposed to .

The hotel is in a very beautiful location however the rooms that are not located in main hotel need some TLC. We switched rooms because of the AC which the staff was accommodating, but both rooms looked like they hadn’t been occupied for sometime (cobwebs, pet hair, dust, etc.) The AC was ok in the second room, but it was very loud and needs to be upgraded. You’re definitely paying for the views and location which are UH-mazing! Hotel just needs to be tended to more and upgraded (bathroom door kept getting stuck because it was so old).

Room was average. Not very clean. Found item in room from a previous guest. Location was beautiful with access to great hiking. Lacked amenities - wanted late night food and nothing was available. Front desk ultimately gave us a nutrabar.

Really bad service. The front desk people could not figure out how to check us in. I had reserved 4 rooms for my son’s graduation weekend. I literally had to go to the desk five or six times and we finally got all of our rooms around 4:30 pm. My 90 year old mother, my daughter, another son each had a room. They literally put us in opposite ends of this ridiculously sprawling confusing property. My mom needed assistance walking and it was very inconvenient. The front desk said we were “pretty close” to each other. The hallways go on and on and it’s like a big Vegas sized hotel without the amenities. The non guests are allowed to use the pool and there was not any space for paying guests. It was grossly overcrowded. Lots of dogs in the rooms and on the property. The spa did not have any services available at all the entire time we were there. The serenity pool by the spa was not serviced in the four hours we were there and there were piles of used towels laying around and lots of flies in the pool. It’s a shame because it is a beautiful location but very outdated. I would not be surprised if it closed soon. They don’t have enough help for the large amounts of people they book. The women’s bathroom off the lobby was out of toilet paper and water or something were all over the floor. We had trash in the ground outside our door for the entire stay. Overpriced and I would look elsewhere.

Peaceful. Relaxing. Wonderful. We didn't leave the resort. We totally R&R'ed the whole time. Our mountain view room and balcony was so peaceful to enjoy our in-room morning coffee. The complementary Koi food was a fun part of each day. The on --property walk to the waterfall was a nice highlight. It is so nice to see employees who are happy to be doing their jobs and taking care of the guests. We LOVE it here and are already planning our next visit.

I was extremely disappointed with the dining and restaurant options. The only places to eat were two restaurants. One was fine dining where one should expect astronomical prices and reservations, the others place to eat was a combo bar/food area that only had 4 entrees and very limited selection. The resort is now specializing in conferences and corporate meetings. We traveled to restaurants in the city for most of our stay.

Secluded setting against the beautiful mountain. City / valley views nice at night, although I thought we paid for a mountain view room and will specifically request that next visit. Grounds are terrific with a paved 10 min walk up to a beautiful waterfall.
