Rob Auman is Great. He is Director of Banquets but attended to me as if he owned this property! He is a throwback to an era where hospitality made guests feel VIP. Very nice property with a lot of improvements under way. The Operators are lucky to have a person like Rob working for them.

Beautiful desert gardens.
Since it is already pricy & they also charge a daily resort fee it was annoying to be nickel & dimed on everything else. They had Guacamole & S’mores nights but sadly were not complimentary

Our stay was GREAT! Dawn Glass made our reservations and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We ate dinner at Contigo which was delightful and coffee every morning from the coffee shop. Construction areas didn’t hinder our experience at all.

As one of the best places in Tucson I always try to stay at the La Paloma. I always try to book ahead of time and Dawn is always the most helpful. She’s one of the best in the building. Thank you Dawn for always being helpful and being one of the best in the building.

I was there for church conference. Everything was great. Grounds were well kept and beautiful. Several pools and spas The pillows are fluffy and soft- love them. Room was beautiful, comfortable and I could control the temperature. Nice that bottled water was provided in the room. View and balcony was great. Server, DeAnn G. was awesome during our meal times.

Several members of the organization that I work for frequently stay at The Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa for many of our conferences throughout the year. We have found this resort to to be above excellent and our members always look forward to returning. I am especially impressed with Dawn Glass the Group Reservation Coordinator. Her assistance with making our group reservations is always done in a friendly and professional manner. She goes above and beyond to help us with our needs. I highly recommend this resort for business or pleasure!

The views are amazing the fitness center great! The lobby could use an update. Food was good but could just use some improvements to make this property top notch.

This is the 2nd year we've been here and it's such a fun vibe for all ages. The resort even as a water slide for kids (and adults) to go down. The restaurant (Contigo Latin restaurant) is very good, it does get busy with conferences, so it's a good idea to make reservations. This year they closed the main lobby bar for renovations. It wasn't as conducive to socialize, but that didn't stop people. They setup a pop up bar in the lobby which was a nice touch. The bartender Teddy is incredible. He made me a John daly with some of their home made lemonade. It was incredible. Teddy continued to wow us with his incredible hospitality and attention to detail. All around he really made the experience feel like you are at a high end resort. In a time where people in the service industry are distanced and may put in the least amount of effort, Teddy set the bar for an amazing experience. Looking forward to next year!
