Great place, beautiful location and the rooms were very clean, and we got a great view of the mountains from the balcony!

The property is fairly new so we expected the room to be in better shape. Our room upon arrival had a non-operating bathroom sink drain. They did move us to another room. That bathroom had a similar sink drain problem but was good enough for a couple of days. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor each shower. We decided to deal with it instead of getting moved again. The products in the room and bathroom are very limited. I asked for extra coffee Kerig cups and never received any. The hotel room cost is expensive for Tucson as well. We had just stayed in Tempe AZ before we arrived in Tucson. That hotel was less in cost and much higher quality. We do travel frequently for business and personal. I would advise travelers to try out another location in Tucson, I know we will on our next trip later this year.

The hotel was clean! Loved that the mini fridge is a standard!!! The outdoor seating with the fire pits and view of the pool is super cozy. The tapestry located inside is extremely convenient. Loved this hotel!

No daily service and this wasn’t communicated upon check-in. I don’t know how but on day two my room (which was on the second floor) was riddled with ants. There were hundred of them on the floor and they were in my suitcase too. However, the outdoor indoor restaurant and the room decor was quite nice.

Very tasty food. New hotel very nice comfortable bed nice pool. Nice size property not too big. Good bar. Only negatives were jacuzzi needs to be warmer and they need to add more servers for their breakfast service.
