Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

The hotel ıs renewed with a nice beach and high hospitality. I specially thank to Ms. Serife Who is in charge with guest relations and her highly kindness in supporting a very nice holiday.the hotel ıs well licated best beach very delicious kitchen and food and super climate esp in May. Thanks to Acapulco Washington to stay for another stay.

Uzun zaman itibariyle bu oteli tercih ediyorum. Hizmetinden oldukça memnun kalmam sebebiyle Kıbrıs taki otel tercihim Acapulco dur.Misafir ilişkilerinden Şerife Hanım girişte bizimle iletişime geçtiler ve tüm süreç boyunca bizimle yakından ilgilendiler. Hatta uçak konusunda yaşadığım sorunda görevleri olmamasına rağmen çabaladılar, bize destek oldular. Sina Bey de late check out için bizlere destek oldular. Esra hanım da kezza aynı şekilde. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitliydi. Güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Lobby barda Seher ve Asel Hanım ve ekibine, oda servisinden Emre bey e ve Sunset Restauranttan Battal, Yakup ve Adem Bey ve ekibine minnettarız. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Odalar bakımsız ve pislik içinde, sineklerden banyoya girilmiyor. Odalardaki eşyalar, otelin açılışından kalma. Siz istemediğiniz takdirde odaya havlu gelmiyor. Havlunun gelmeside 4-5 saat sürüyor. Türk çalışan hemen hemen hiç yok.
