we stayed one night on our arrival in Catania. Very kind Elisa organized the transfer from the airport and gave us some advice on where to dine and spend the evening. the B&B is near the center with a very pleasant terrace for breakfast (both sweet and savory) and the room with private bathroom, very comfortable and clean. advised

The property is located just 300 meters from the center of Catania. Kindness cleaning and professionalism are at the top. Excellent breakfast with pastry croissants. Simple room with small bathroom without bidet and without shelves. Excellent compromise for visiting Catania.

B&B located in a quiet area, the center can be easily reached on foot. Nearby there is a very convenient paid parking. The structure is on the first floor of a building with a courtyard, on the outside it looks like all the old city buildings, but inside the structure is modern, well finished with simple but functional furniture, the room is large enough, the bathroom is not too large but comfortable. The rooms are themed, great women of artistic or international importance such as Lady Diana, Marilyn and others. The very rich breakfast, both sweet and savoury, speaks of a B&B and having such a breakfast is not found everywhere. The girls who work in the B&B are very courteous and welcoming and put guests at ease. A special thanks to Cinzia who pampered us from the first to the last day.

Struttura situata in un vecchio palazzo sporco, per niente curato e in una zona , benché più o meno centrale ma poco sicura. Da aggiungere se si ha la sfortuna di capitare nella stanza Diana con un affaccio di circa 20 cm su una specie di discarica (vedi foto) circondata da palazzi fatiscenti ed un bagno minuscolo senza neanche un piano per appoggiare una boccetta di sapone. Di 4 colazioni fatte in struttura nessuna con cornetti freschi ma avanzati da giorni prima. Struttura Pessima e da evitare assolutamente!

Un logement bien situé pour visiter Catane à pied. Elisa est très arrangeante et agréable. Le logement est propre et moderne, la petite terrasse en centre ville est agréable. Le petit déjeuner buffet est bon.

Posizione centrale e comodissima, si può raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi e la zona è tranquilla anche di notte. Tutto sommato il prezzo rapportato alla qualità è ottimo e le ragazze che gestiscono sono molto cordiali. Immagino il BB sia di costruzione "recente" e avrebbe bisogno di qualche accorgimento in più per rendere il soggiorno impeccabile: la nostra camera, sopratutto il primo giorno, aveva un forte odore di scarichi del bagno e, essendo attaccata alla cucina, veramente troppo soggetta ai rumori. Ogni mattina era inevitabile svegliarsi alle 7.30 per i rumori di chi preparava la colazione e durante il nostro soggiorno è capitato che qualche ospite si intrattenesse la sera in cucina: nessun problema ovviamente in merito, ma i rumori si sentivano da entrambe le parti e questo limita anche la privacy di chi sta in stanza. Lavorerei su porte un po' più insonorizzate. La stanza era semplice ma bella, il bagno anche, molto pulita, forse un po buia, ma il letto comodo. La colazione abbondante, cornetti freschi ogni mattina, peccato per alcuni dolci o salati che, ormai aperti o tagliati, per non eccedere nello spreco venivano riproposti più mattine consecutive, e per il caffè: veniva preparata una moka grande alle 7 e riscaldata ad hoc di volta in volta per ogni ospite che chiedeva il caffè.. sarebbe meglio un caffe in cialda preparato sul momento o una moka piccola da rifare per ogni tot ospiti. Molto molto bello il patio con i tavolini per la colazione, purtroppo pioveva e non ne abbiamo usufruito. In genere la struttura è abbastanza nuova, molto pulita e sistemata. Il servizio pulizie ottimo e forniscono ogni due giorni il set cortesia con asciugamano e telo.
