The location of the apartment was ideal for getting around Catania. Situated in a lovely square with great little cafe seconds away. Interesting old building and apartment had, very effective, air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. The bedding was clean and crisp and towels fresh. Overall things could have generally been cleaner, we wiped down tops of bedside cabinets, table etc but I’d say the apartment was reasonably priced and we’d be happy to stay there again. A taxi from the airport was approximately €35.

Personale disponibile e presente seppur tramite telefono. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro della città. Stanza deludente, di grandi dimensioni, ma con presenza di odori poco gradevoli (probabilmente dai tubi di scarico). Teli da bagno vecchi e consumati, quello doccia talmente vecchio che graffiava. Abbiamo passato due notti nella suite Il Moro, nessuna pulizia effettuata in questo arco di tempo e nessuna colazione offerta o riferita. Non abbiamo sollecitato la colazione e le pulizie perché siamo abituate a ricevere informazioni a riguardo senza chiedere seppur non avremo avuto bisogno di fare colazione in struttura. Il bagno si allagava facilmente dalla doccia, quindi di conseguenza abbiamo avuto un po’ di acqua qua e là e abbiamo sporcato un po’, sarebbe stata ottima la pulizia giornaliera della camera per questo disagio. Rapporto qualità prezzo nella media, 94€ a notte per due persone. Si può migliorare.

The room was definitely much smaller than the advertised size as was the bed. It was very clean but the directions to get in were a bit unclear. That said, it was very conveniently located and we could park for free right next door…it was clean and we could communicate with the owner via WhatsApp.
