The first room we were given was a very dark room with only a small window. The shower room had no partitions and no separation of dry and wet areas. It was a bit like a clock in China. room, and there was no signal in the room. After negotiation, we were moved to another room, which was slightly better, but the shower water was very small, the bedside table was dusty, and the facilities were relatively old. Fir a 4* hotel, breakfast buffet was disappointing: very little fresh vegetables! Scrambled eggs were not warm! Water pressure in shower very low! Air conditioner in room was set making room very cold! Reception Desk very unaccommodating and too "formal" and "cold" re Guests' wishes.

Was rather hesitant about staying here (as part of a group tour) given previous reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised, my room was simply wonderful - clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows, good sized desk with chair, adequate sized bathroom and space for luggage. Double doors opening to allow fresh air in, albeit onto the external fire escape. The shower was particularly good. Breakfast selection was good and restaurant well organised. Centrally located and within walking distance to the main sights of Catania and many, many restaurants to choose from. Staff particularly friendly and attentive.

Po jednej nocy musieliśmy zmienić pokój ( ten pierwszy miał okno którego nie można było skutecznie otworzyć i niedziałającą klimatyzację). Obsługa chętna do pomocy i bardzo miła. Szkoda że nie było możliwości kupna herbaty czy kawy. Powinien być czajnik elektryczny w pokoju! Brakowało też baru.
