Posizione centralissima ma allo stesso tempo silenziosa (nessun rumore in stanza ). Struttura un po’ datata, materasso troppo molle … ma ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo . I due receptionist sono molto simpatici ed efficienti .

Wifi is only available around the reception.
Location is good.
I won’t recommend the hotel due to the one rude staff who blamed me for putting a key on the wrong door(there were two doors before the reception).
At that time I was super tired after walking all day but he ordered me to wait until he finished talking on the phone with angry face. He called me off that I almost damaged the door by clicking the key too much and the other customers could haven’t use it then I have to pay for the damage. He even mentioned the price for it.
Then I had to show him that I can use the keys in the right place and turn them properly.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had and my trip was damaged..

This was the best welcome we have ever received in any hotel, perfect small hotel with real family feel. Marco and Dominico made us feel very welcome and couldn't have done anymore to make our stay more enjoyable. Marco also offers great daytrips out, we did a couple and couldnt fault them, very knowledgeable and friendly

Hôtel vétuste dans immeuble aussi vétuste. L’accueil est fait par un homme qui sent la cigarette à plusieurs mètres et aussi dans la chambre. Celle-ci est vieille, mal entretenue, mal équipée et j’en passe. Le petit déjeuner est une horreur comme la salle de bains. En deux mots « hôtel à fuir » De tout mon séjour en Sicile avec plusieurs hôtels celui-ci est de très loin « le minable ».

In famiglia 3 giorni trascorsi benissimo all insegna del divertimento, cultura e buon cibo. Abbiamo organizzato una serie di escursioni con il titolare Dell hotel. Marco è una guida turistica autorizzata. In hotel un buon servizio buona la colazione hotel molto pulito. Centralissimo con tanti servizi e locali bellissimo. Grazie di tutto. Giusy
