We recently spent four nights in this hotel located in a historic building adjacent to the central Via Etnea. Large, comfortable and clean room, good breakfast, super helpful and very courteous staff. A special greeting to Agata and Giorgia. Highly recommended!

It's located in the center of Catania's tourist area, and you can walk to anywhere. I guess if you were in a room on the outside of the building you could see the people walking by, but I was on the inside (right next to the hotel entrance) so I couldn't see anything from the window. Even with the window open it was dim, and the sounds from the floors above and people coming in and out of the hotel echoed quite loudly, so it's not for people who want to relax in the hotel. However, it's quiet at night, the rooms are clean, and the staff are kind, so I recommend it for people who just want to sightsee and sleep during the day but don't want to stay in a dirty cheap hotel.

Great location, near all the main sights in Catania. Public transportation also easily accessible from the property. Average room, spacious for one or two. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a dirty alcove. You have to climb 20 slippery dusty stained marble stairs that are missing a runner to get to the lobby. The more steep stairs to get to your tiny room. I would not recommend. The staff are unfriendly and lack any kind of personality.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel in Catania the room is very large and the staff very pleasant they carried our suitcases it is on the first floor they informed us about the walks the restaurants and even the gelaterie and how to park your car best

Highly recommended. Location in the center with a view of the entire Via Etnea with Etna in the background. Clean environment, large and quiet rooms. I'm starting from the assumption that I was very skeptical...but once I arrived on site I can only say magnificent things from the location to the staff, all impeccable...central location but at the same time being in the center and very quiet despite having the room on Via Etna. ..the staff was super friendly and professional..I will return as soon as possible...place unfortunately recommended.
