De kamer was oud maar dat had ook wel heel veel charme. Als je hiervan houdt is het echt een aanrader, leuke authentieke oude Italiaanse indruk. De voorzieningen waren goed maar het ontbijt was magertjes. Die zou ik alleen erbij pakken als het maar een paar euro kost anders kan je zelf beter 's ochtends ergens wat eten. De locatie is goed en ook dichtbij een metro.

Sehr altes und verkommenes Gebäude. Gar nicht wie auf den Fotos. wir waren nachts angekommen und es war gruslig. Der Aufzug war außerhalb des Gebäudes und es stand ein Müllsack davor. Es roch sehr unangenehm und süßlich. Überall brüchig und runtergekommen. Der Mann von der Rezeption war aber sehr nett. Wir sind wieder gegangen und nach langen hin und her hat Trip.com das Geld zurück erstattet zum Glück. Wir hätten lieber am Strand geschlafen als da kann es niemanden empfehlen. Auf den Bildern sieht es komplett anders aus wie ein Luxushotel. Kann gute Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren sehr geschockt und haben uns nachts halb 2 ein anderes Hotel genommen. Man sollte es aus dem Listing herausnehmen für 100 Euro pro Nacht schon eine Frechheit. Es ist vielleicht 20 Euro wert.

Nos multan por pasar por la zona de tráfico limitado porque la recepcionista nos aseguró que no hacía falta informar de nada, que no multaban. La noche en este hotel cutre nos ha salido más cara que un 5 estrellas. Porque, además, es un hotel cutre.

Unfortunately the only good point we have is the location by the via etnea. Staff did not speak proper english. Our room was dusty and dirty - especially the toilet. Shower glasses were full of mold and dirt, toilet flush did not work properly. Windows were old and did not close fully. There was only 1 outlet, lightning was awful and lamps next to the bed were not working at all. Breakfast was quite narrow. No curtains, carpets or anything soft at all. Bed was ok.

Hotel in posizione centrale molto comodo a piedi, personale molto cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta presentata, servizi nella norma .Cortesia e cordialità presenti. Stanze ampie e comode l’unica pecca sono i bagni da rinnovare. In definitiva Raccomandato

Struttura centralissima in un palazzo antico.
Stanza ampia, con fantastico soffitto decorato, con vista su villa Bellini. Quadri particolari in tutta la struttura. Il bagno ha alcune cose da rivedere (problemi per scaricare l'acqua nel wc, phone che a volte si blocca, tubo doccia non regolabile). Piccoli accorgimenti da poter risolvere.
Lenzuola e tovaglie pulitissime ma la pulizia in generale è da migliorare (consiglio di affidarvi ad una donna e non al tipo che abbiamo visto pulire).
La colazione è abbondante e la saletta super accogliente.
Nel complesso e per il prezzo pagato ci ritornerei sicuramente.

Esperienza pessima. Ho prenotato per una settimana con largo anticipo. Appena arrivata mi hanno dato una camera sporchissima, piena di pittura e polvere di muratura. Stanno effettuando lavori nella struttura ma non si può dormire in camere così indecenti. Personale scortese e maleducato. Ho lasciato la struttura dopo 1 notte.
