The location is superb. Accessibility is excellent, no matter where you go.

Very old and dilapidated building. Not at all like the photos. we had arrived at night and it was spooky. The elevator was outside the building and there was a garbage bag in front of it. It smelled very unpleasant and sweet. Everywhere brittle and run down. The man from the front desk was very nice. We left and after a long back and forth trip.com luckily refunded the money. We would have preferred to have slept on the beach than there would not recommend it to anyone. In the pictures it looks completely different than a luxury hotel. Can't understand good reviews. We were very shocked and took another hotel at half past 2 in the night. You should take it out of the listing for 100 euros per night, it's a cheek. It's maybe worth 20 euros.

Unfortunately the only good point we have is the location by the via etnea. Staff did not speak proper english. Our room was dusty and dirty - especially the toilet. Shower glasses were full of mold and dirt, toilet flush did not work properly. Windows were old and did not close fully. There was only 1 outlet, lightning was awful and lamps next to the bed were not working at all. Breakfast was quite narrow. No curtains, carpets or anything soft at all. Bed was ok.

Hotel in a central location, very convenient for walking, staff very courteous and available for every request presented, services as standard. Courtesy and friendliness present. Large and comfortable rooms, the only flaw is the bathrooms that need to be renovated. Overall recommended

Very central structure in an ancient building.
Large room, with fantastic decorated ceiling, overlooking Villa Bellini. Special paintings throughout the structure. The bathroom has some things to review (problems draining water into the toilet, phone that sometimes gets blocked, non-adjustable shower hose). Small things that can be solved.
Very clean sheets and tablecloths but the cleaning in general needs to be improved (I recommend relying on a woman and not the guy we saw cleaning).
The breakfast is plentiful and the room is super welcoming.
Overall and for the price paid I would definitely go back.

Terrible experience. I booked for a week well in advance. As soon as I arrived they gave me a very dirty room, full of paint and brickwork dust. They are carrying out work in the structure but you cannot sleep in such indecent rooms. Unfriendly and rude staff. I left the property after 1 night.
