Il B&B è situato in un'ottima posizione. Le principali attrazioni di Catania sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in una decina di minuti. Non dispone di parcheggio privato. Intorno ci sono posti auto a pagamento. Per quanto riguarda la camera, bisogna salire due rampe di scale per arrivarci. Ampia, con mobili datati ma capienti. Il bagno dotato di pseudo doccia (vasca con tenda) e come la camera decentemente pulito. Se soggiornerete più di qualche giorno però non troverete il letto rifatto né la camera ripulita. La signora Ivana è molto gentile ed accogliente. Nel complesso consiglio di soggiornare in questo B&B

Camera pulitissima, a due passi dal Teatro Bellini pieno di locali, colazione top, relax assicurato! Posizione perfetta per girare la città, per il mare e organizzare escursioni... zona servitissima e Ivana di una gentilezza e simpatia unica! Grazie mille! Stra stra straconsigliato!

B&b solo la posizione è comoda, per il resto pulizia quasi inesistente se non effettuata dopo lamentale da parte mia. Colazione scarsa anche quella, poco fornita. Personale del b&b non molto disponibile con i turisti (anche altre persone vicini al nostro alloggio hanno lamentato diverse cose). Un consiglio per chi vorrebbe prenotare, valutate bene, non vi aspettate chissà cosa. Ovviamente personalmente non ci ritornerò
