Ubicación no muy buena, lo peor fue el trato, no existe apenas recepción todo vía telefónica. Menos mal que encontramos un número de teléfono sino aún estamos esperando. No entienden español. Nosotros mismos nos gestionamos las llaves de la habitación .

Casa Barbero è un fiore all'occhiello nel centro di Catania. A 2 passi dal Borgo e Villa Bellini, si trova una struttura con ampio giardino, che definirei oasi terrestre, angolo di paradiso moltob suggestivo, ideale per soggiorno in relax. Ampia scelta di colazione con buffet, stanza comoda e accogliente dotata di tutto. Pulizia impeccabile. Personale eccellente, ti fa sentire a tuo agio, e sempre molto disponibile. Consiglio a tutti, e se torno a Catania, ritornerò a Casa Barbero.

Im Casa Barbero habe ich meine Zeit in Catania in vollen Zügen genossen! Das B&B überzeugt mit einer wunderschönen Einrichtung, die sowohl geschmackvoll als auch gemütlich ist. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sauber und bieten alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight: Der ruhige Innenhof mit seiner üppigen Begrünung ist eine wahre Oase der Ruhe mitten im Herzen der Stadt. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen und den Tag genießen. Die zentrale Lage des Casa Barberos ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen sind bequem erreichbar. Antonio, der Gastgeber, ist ein herzlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch, der seinen Gästen stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

Charming B&B located in the romantic courtyard of a historic building. Tasteful spacious room with a modern bathroom en suite. Perfect location to discover Catania‘s city centre, you can either walk or take the underground just around the corner. Antonio is a very friendly host, he helped me a lot with his recommendations for restaurants and how to travel around. Tante grazie e alla prossima volta!

Ho usufruito di una notte presso questa struttura tramite smartbox.Eravamo in due con una bimba.Camera comoda pulita con frigo bollitore e bottigliette d’acqua gratuite.Colazione in un bel giardino con la dolcissima e bravissima Elena.Unica nota negativa la puzza di muffa e chiuso appena entrati in stanza.Da consigliare comunque per la centralità ed il servizio.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Barbero! We booked 5 bedrooms as there was 7 of us and the rooms were all impecable and spacious. It is situated in a perfect location very close to the centre. Breakfast out in the courtyard was great and the hosts were wonderful! Thank you for the lovely stay! 100% recommend!

My wife and I stayed at Casa Barbero for nights. Our room was very spacious and comfortable and completely quiet at night. There was no street noise at all. The courtyard area where you can have breakfast on nice days is beautiful and quiet with many potted plants. Antonio, the innkeeper, was very helpful with recommendations for what to do in Catania, where to eat, booking cabs, etc. The inn is located a block away from a food stored. It is an easy walk (15-20 minutes) on a well-lit street (Etnea) to the pedestrian area of town where there are lots of nice restaurants as well as historical structures dating back 2,000 years. I strongly recommend this B&B.

Every time I go to Catania, Casa Barbero is a fixed appointment. The sensation is of feeling at home, in a quiet and charming atmosphere. The very clean and spacious rooms are originally furnished and overlook a patio full of plants, where in summer an excellent and abundant breakfast is served.
