The hotel was very nice, pretty simple checkin, and the room/bed was comfy. It’s a perfect location if you wanna explore the central part of the city.

I spent a comfortable night in the CALCEDONIO REINA suite, which I can say is absolutely beautiful. The room is large, beautifully decorated and soundproofed. Great bed and endless space. The two-seater hydromassage tub in a dedicated area is very nice with TV and air conditioning. A significant advantage. Two separate bathroom partitions allow for unique relaxation, the huge bathroom comes with a large shower. Breakfast is included in the suite. The staff is friendly (although the desk is not open 24 hours, a phone number is provided if assistance is needed). The hotel is located in the city center, opposite a beautiful garden. A perfect place to stay but there is no lift so you have to take the stairs which is something to remember.

The hotel is located on the main avenue in the city center, and all the attractions in the city are within walking distance. It is about 1.3 kilometers away from the train station, and it takes one hour to get to Taormina and Syracuse by train, which is convenient for travel. The hotel is in an old building, and there is only a small sign at the door, so you have to look carefully. Ring the doorbell to enter. The service desk is on the second floor. It is not bad inside, the room is large, the facilities are complete, and the decoration is also good. The breakfast is rich. The service is generally good.

It was easy to walk to the center of Catania, and except that it was difficult to carry suitcases because there was no elevator, the breakfast was plentiful and good.

Check-in at midnight requires guidance, customer service guidance is detailed and the service is good.

The location is good, right in the city center, and the city is not big anyway. The downside is that there is no 24-hour front desk, and late arrivals require email confirmation, and the key will be placed in a password cabinet.

The stay did not take place despite advance payment. the phone number on the site was incorrect, I don't know now. in any case, if you decide to book at this property I recommend you establish contact in advance to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Great location easily walkable to restaurants and local attractions. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast included.

I have stayed here on two separate occasions. The second time I stayed in the comfort double room which faced the street. It does get noisy in the early morning, so make sure you have earplugs. Not much that the facility can do about this...

Etna Suite is very clean, quiet, and opposite Villa Bellini. Walkable to the main area of the historical centre - about 20 minutes. Breakfast is terrific. Sebastiano was very helpful and waited past reception closing when my plane was late getting into Catania. All in all I highly recommend this property.

There is no lyft, the receptionist leaves at 7 pm and doesn’t return until 7am which meant i had no help getting my very heavy suitcase down the stairs, because I had to leave for an early flight, and I almost tumbled down the stairs very inconvenient. Also, no hotel shuttle to airport. Room was very clean and cute. It’s just an uncomfortable stay with no one in charge during the night and the ordeal in the morning.

No Lyft, no overnight reception, no airport shuttle. I had to haul my extremely heavy suitcase down two flights of stairs because I had to leave before reception attendant arrived for work. Very inconvenient stay. The location was great, bed comfortable and cute room.
