Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral wenige Meter vom Piazza di Duomo und Fischmarkt. Deswegen sollte man sich im Klaren sein, dass es dort lebhafter zugeht und man keine ruhige Unterkunft haben wird. Mein Zimmer war direkt von der Strasse aus zugänglich im Erdgeschoss. Es war sehr nett und freundlich eingerichtet und auch geräumig. Geführt wird das Duomo Inn mit Leidenschaft von einem sehr hilfsbereitem Menschen. Max (eigentlich Massimilano) hat mich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Seine Empfehlungen waren sehr gut und er bot auch an jederzeit verfügbar zu sein, sollte ich etwas brauchen. Die Unterkunft ist auf Grund der zentralen Lage sehr zu empfehlen. Die damit verbundenen Nebengeräusche sollte man aber akzeptieren und sich nicht von dem guten Angebot beeinflussen lassen.

This was a perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk to historical sites, restaurants, shopping, vending machines, the fish market, etc.
Max gave helpful information about local sites and restaurants. On-street parking and a parking lot were both within walking distance. The building and room were older but the location more than made up for that.

This is a great location for exploring Catania. Steps from so many great Catania sites. Clean and tidy. Highly recommended. Our hosts were terrific and answered all our questions and helped with reservations. The only comment is the place is branded as a "B&B", but they no longer provide breakfast. They did offer a voucher (for a fee) for a nearby cafe.

B&b très soigné dans les moindres détails. Les chambres sont très propres et depuis le balcon de notre chambre, il était possible de voir la magnifique cathédrale de Catane. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, disponibles et très professionnels. Ils sont toujours à l'écoute du client et satisfont toutes les demandes. Nous reviendrons sûrement dans ce cadre fantastique. Un grand merci, chers Tiziana et Massimiliano.

A lovely place to stay. The owners, Max and Tiziana, were extremely helpful and informative. Max helped us book a tour to Etna which was great. He also arranged our taxi to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Horrible! Chambres donnant sur la saleté! Pas de café! Pas d’eau chaude! Pas de chauffage! Propriétaire bruyant! Les Chambres sont sales et elles Donnent sur une cours intérieure fermées ou seule les mouettes peuvent passer pour faire leur bezoins

We had four lovely days in Al Duomo Inn, it has a perfect location close to many things by foot, very good price. Max is a super helpful host, and I can only recommend the place, it is a little place so Max is not there all the time, but the you just call him, he speaks very good english and he will help you. I will stay there the next time I visit Catania. We had a nice room with a little balcony with a view to the Duomo square, Astrid and Jens
