Der reinste Horror! Niemand sollte auf die Anzeige und positiven Bewertungen reinfallen. Der penetrante Verwesungsgeruch im Zimmer verursachte permanente Übelkeit. Wegen der hoch frequentierten Straße und dem Smog konnte man auch nicht Lüften. Trotz vorheriger Absprache mit dem Vermieter konnten wir am Anreisetag unser Gepäck morgens nicht deponieren. Der Vermieter ignorierte unsere Anrufe und Mails wodurch wir mit dem Gepäck den ganzen Tag durch die Stadt laufen mussten. Er hat nicht darauf reagiert, war unfreundlich und ging nicht auf unsere Fragen ein. Die Haustüre zum Stiegenhaus ließ sich nach 30 min. noch immer nicht aufsperren wodurch man abends leicht panisch wurde. Der Vermieter meinte es braucht eben Gefühl. Ein Nachbar hat uns dann geöffnet. Die Wände sind dünn wie Papier sodass man den lärmenden Vermieter vom Zimmer nebenan bis in die frühen Morgenstunden hörte. Das angepriesene Frühstücksbuffet war nicht vorhanden, statt dessen bekam man nach mehrmaligen Fragen einen Gutschein für ein Gebäckstück sowie ein Getränk beim Cafe um die Ecke. Dem Vermieter müsste die Lizenz entzogen werden.

Francesco ( il gestore)è una persona eccezionale: ci ha risolto tante complicazioni sorte a causa di alcuni disservizi!
Attento ai minimi dettagli, disponibilissimo nel dare indicazioni e iinformazioni e assistenza!
Ottima la posizione , proprio in una famosa strada di Catania per le trattorie eccezionali, braciere con la fantastica carne di cavallo di Catania!

Struttura situata nel centro di Catania, in cui abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte. Perfettamente pulita, appena ristrutturata ed efficiente di tutto. Il proprietario disponibile e presente. Unica nota dolente: la colazione.. molto scarna e priva di qualsiasi alimento di base quale cornetti e biscotti. Siamo rimasti, infatti, parecchio delusi e sorpresi.

Da questa esperienza nulla è stato positivo... Al momento del nostro arrivo il proprietario si è mostrato al quanto gentile, ma arrivando in camera le aspettative sono state altre... Pavimenti sporchi,bagno non pulito,nella doccia assenza di doccino...oltre che l'acqua era a malapena tiepida... La colazione?non abbiamo visto nessun tipo di colazione una volta che doveva essere inclusa nella prenotazione...che dire..esperienza deludente ed è un peccato averci mostrato una camera così nonostante sia nel centro di Catania.

Sono stata con degli amici in questa struttura per le vacanze di pasqua e non ho parole per descrivere la gestione di questo posto ( e premetto che eravamo gli unici clienti). Siamo arrivati alle 13.00 e le stanze non erano pronte. Uno dei bagni emanava un forte olezzo di fogna. L'acqua giungeva appena tiepida. La zona living comune era una piccola cucina che il proprietario teneva chiusa a chiave. La colazione ce la siamo dovuta preparare noi, inoltre l'host ( che abbiamo intravisto solo i primi due giorni) l'ultimo giorno ci ha lasciato sulla tavola delle fragole con la muffa. Alla fine ci ha anche rincorso per strada accusandolo di non avergli lasciato la tassa di soggiorno ( naturalmente i soldi erano sulla scrivania di una delle due stanze) e poi non si è nemmeno scusato. Che dire: una situazione surreale. NON CI ANDATE!

B&B davvero carino, situato vicino il centro di Catania e facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi. Personale simpatico, disponibile e molto cordiale. Accoglienza ottima. Camera veramente comoda e tranquilla, ideale per staccare un po’, letto comodissimo e bagno pulitissimo. Consigliato, complimenti e grazie per la vostra accoglienza.

After traveling and being super tired you judge ant to go to you b&b and drops your suitcases. And you actually want to start you vacation… Well arriving at the b&b the owner immediately started to show a strange behavior. Which we didn't like at all. He started cursing and told this is my house, maybe 20 times. You cannot speak any language other than English. The vibe was very very bad at this b&b. but we still wanted to stay there. But he kept going and trying to provoke us by saying all kinds of things like you are ******, you are hooligan. He even said I'm going to stab you with a knife. Then the drop had fallen and I said give our money back, we will leave immediately! Of course he didn't want to. Then we said call the police. After an hour the police came. And who proved us right.. an employee of *********** heared everything on the phone. *********** You cannot advertise such people on your site. I was totally not feeling safe in his B&B. He is very aggressive, rude man and has no manners at all on how to deal with people. All the time with a cigar in his hand. Walking around like he thinks he's a lot, but however he's a pathetic man. Our advice is to others not to book with him. And the rooms weren't great either. The neighborhood is far from everything.

Insieme ad alcune amiche abbiamo prenotato in questa struttura un soggiorno di 4 giorni per le vacanze pasquali… e i problemi sono iniziati subito: alle 13:00, ora del nostro arrivo, le stanze non erano ancora pronte (noi eravamo gli unici ospiti); dal bagno di una delle stanze proveniva una disgustosa e insistente puzza di fogna. L’acqua era appena tiepida, difficile farsi una doccia. Le stanze non sono mai state pulite. La colazione ce la siamo preparata noi, come sopratavola, delle fragole con la muffa. L’host dopo i primi due giorni è sparito e comunicare con lui è diventato difficile. La zona comune dove poter soggiornare era una piccola cucina sempre chiusa a chiave, privandoci della possibilità di bere anche solo un bicchier d’acqua fresca (le stanze non sono dotate di minifrigo). Dulcis in fundo quando siamo andati via il gestore non si è degnato neanche di uscire dalla sua stanza per salutare ma ci ha poi rincorsi per strada accusandoci di non avergli lasciato i soldi della tassa di soggiorno che invece erano in una delle stanze. Alla fine è sparito e non si è nemmeno scusato per l’errore. Sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque di andare in questo B&B e a Te, Francesco, consiglio di cambiare mestiere.
