The location is extremely close to all sight seeing spots, very convenient. Though the building is old but the renovation is quite new. They have elevator is the most important. I highly recommend to you.

Warning scam.
I haven't been to the B&B Palazzo Bruca at all. Under the pretext of lack of room I was relocated to the partner B&B, without any standing or similarities with the photos published on trip.com.
It was complicated to get the keys, the place, the entry codes to find myself in a converted attic where there was no hot water, where I saw no one. Large room but very small window, it does not feel good to sleep there.
Everything is outdated, dated and tired. I had a feeling of fear to be there alone. the faucet was leaking all night, I felt like a ghost was showering.
Then breakfast; we have a business card on which is written that we must go to a café which will give us a drink and 2 pastries, sweet and/or savoury. The reception at the cafe is detestable, the impression of going begging, for us it's self service, no table service. On the 2 days of breakfast, it was never the same: once you had to pay extra, another time you weren't entitled to all the pastries. In short, unpleasant mornings like that, I don't want thank you, bad service, unpleasant reception, to flee.

Splendida struttura in pieno centro a Catania, in un palazzo storico con ampia corte interna, provvista di parcheggio. Pulita e silenziosa la camera con grazioso balconcino con affaccio sulla piazzetta della Chiesa di San Francesco. Personale gentilissimo e colazione spettacolare a 200 metri dal B e B, nel miglior bar-pasticceria di Catania in angolo con Piazza Duomo.

La struttura si trova in una buona posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da tutto ciò che si trova in centro. Al nostro arrivo, nel primo pomeriggio, ci siamo accorti che il telecomando dell'aria condizionata non funzionava ed abbiamo avvisato la reception che ha provveduto a sostituire le batterie. Purtroppo, non abbiamo controllato le luci colorate accese nel bagno senza porta e al nostro ritorno di sera ci siamo accorti che nemmeno quel telecomando funzionava, ho provato a sostituire le batterie senza risultato e quindi abbiamo dormito male con la luce verde proprio di fronte al letto. Il frigo è molto rumoroso ed è stato necessario scollegarlo. La vasca idromassaggio aveva forse un problema alla pompa ed abbiamo dovuto asciugare con le salviette l'acqua sul pavimento. Consiglio di controllare il corretto funzionamento di tutto prima delle 20.00 poiché la reception chiude a quell'ora.

La ubicacion es fantastica a 2m. andando del Duomo y todo el centro de Catania.Nosotros llevamos coche de alquiler y es una odisea aparcar en la ciudad ,el Hotel tiene aparcamiento por 10€ al dia, muy comodo,para entrar y salir de la ciudad y tambien pasear por el centro.Si no llevas coche mejor buscar otro Hotel .Es un palacio antiguo un poco raro ,varias plantas ,pero no todo es Hotel.La Habitacion muy amplia con techos altos muy bonita ,pero el baño muy pequeño con ducha que varias veces tuve que avisar a recepcion pues el agua caliente no funcionaba.Television grande sin canales en español.El colchon de la cama de matrimonio y el somier pésimos todo el rato te vas para el centro como un pozo.No hay servicio de desayuno .Resumen ,si vas con coche es tu Hotel,si no yo buscaria otras opciones .
