Convenient hotel for those who have to take a plane because it is located near the airport. Far from the city center Hotel that needs a restyling. In the summer it has a swimming pool and is equipped with a gym and ample paid parking.

I forgot 3 electronic devices (nintendo) in the nightstand. 1 day afterwards nobody knew anything when I called. I tried to give my number in case of when they miraculously would find it, and they did not even accept. Therefore, for such a hotel Very poor service and non-realiable cleaning personnel.

Hotel needs to improve the rooms/bathroom cleaning. Mildew in your bath... is just disgusting. Issue was addressed, but any action was not taken to fix the problem.
Room entrance has a hole in the ceiling, nice house for mice.
Hotel is suffering the lack of maintenance.
Overall is a standard hotel.
Make sure to have a car to move around, otherwise you will not enjoy the area.

Non posso dire che bravi. E’ funzionata tutto alla perfezione senza sbavature. Dall’accoglienza professionale, camere pulite. Giardini curatissimi , colazione ottima. Forse indugiererei di più sugli orari di apertura del bar alla sera, alle 23 era già chiuso.

We've stayed at this hotel four times now, and in all my decades of travelling, I've never encountered such grace and efficacious charm as that from Lucrezia, Gabriella and their colleagues on the front desk, or the breakfast staff. Nothing is too much for them, every detail matters. Pleasing mix of business and vacation guests (the latter could sow more respect). Location and views marvellous: sea, ships and mighty Etna. Abbiamo festeggiato un evento importante e tutto è stato perfetto: dal servizio alla qualità del cibo, dalle porzioni al prezzo Grazie al maitre Alessandro per l’attenzione ed ai cuochi che ci hanno davvero coccolati con piatti buonissimi, materia prima di qualità cucinata a regola d’arte. Complimenti a tutti e grazie per aver contribuito alla meravigliosa riuscita dell’evento
